Knowledgeable, professional and responsible. I started my process November 2021 and finally August 2022 I was released from my Timeshare responsibilities, nine months but we stayed in touch and they let us know the process is in the works. I understood that the Timeshare Corporates take their time in these type processes but Newton Group was on top of things.

This company truly cares about its clients!

The Newton Group does not have a 100% guarantee. The firm they have used is a ghost. Its been 3 years and the only letter sent out on my behalf was stating they are representing me. When a collections bill came, the lawyer did sent that out as well. However, they haven't reached out to get me out of time share. I asked for my 100% money back guarantee and now they wont call back. They said they would give me $1000 if I would remove these reviews. I said give me half back. nope, only $1000. Do not use Newton Group, They are no better than the time share companies.

The Newton group completely fulfilled its contract to dispose of my timeshare. All communications were informative, keeping me up to date with progress;

We had purchased a time share while in Vegas, not my idea, my wife's. She used it once and I never used it.. We started looking to dump it in 2014 and scammers came out of the wall. Finally we found Newton Group. Although it was time consuming and a little pricey, it was well worth it. Staff was very professional and kept us on the right track when we were skeptical. The final letter came through relieving us of the ownership about 21 months after the process began. I am very grateful, especially to Holly, who was very reassuring whenever we contacted her with a question or concern. In all, it was well worth it to be out of the timeshare ownership game especially since we are not American citizens. Thank you Newton Group, you were awesome!

My experience with Newton as been extremely good.
After meeting with their agent earlier this year, I did not think that exiting from my timeshare would have happened as quickly as it did. I am thrilled to no longer be obligated for yearly expenses. I have been unable to use the timeshares for several years.

The Newton Group assisted us in getting out of our timeshare contract. They were always honest and let us know how long it could take. Communication by email was convenient. The only constructive criticism and suggestion I have is for an update each month. However, whenever I sent an email with a question about status I got a response within 24 hours or less.
Thanks to them we now do not have a timeshare and don't have to pay an annual fee for a timeshare we don't plan to use.

I can`t say enough about the help I received from everyone from the Newton Group. Everyone I spoke to was professional in every sense of the word. They walked me through every phase of the process to have my Time Share eradicated for good.

The staff at Newton and the attorneys were always responsive in a timely manner. Our only criticism is the time it took to complete the exit. Whether it was due to Covid or not is something we’ll never know, but the bottom line is that it did get done and we’re very grateful for that.

I received a card in the mail from Newton Group about getting rid of my timeshare. I signed up for a seminar being held 45 minutes away. I drove to a hotel conference room with about 20 other people and signed the check after the pitch. It was a 7 year ROI, but I have been paying on this condo since 2007 and it’s gone up every year!

That was the spring of 2019. There were a couple bumps on the road - including the multiple trips to the notary public and sending closing costs for a sale that never happened. They did refund that amount as the sale didn’t go through. I had to pay the annual fee that year.

Finally, in 2021, the attorney made a breakthrough! It took another 6-8 months but the transfer went through. I have not paid the annual fee since 2020.

Throughout the process, the attorney group maintained regular contact with me. The attorney was always very professional and honest. She always ended each call with the schedule for the next appointment - I didn’t have to follow up with a different person to get scheduled. The attorney also provided a customer portal where I could log in and review the documents associated with my case.

The Newton Group made this happen! They picked the legal firm and they set expectations that it may take longer than expected. In the end, all I can say is thank you, I am free!

Thank you Newton Group for helping to free us from the timeshare. We just want out of the relationship with the timeshare. The folks at Newton Group knew how to accomplish this and did so with kindness, timely focus and encouragement. As a bonus, we will recover the cost for this service in a short period of time. There were no hidden fees or unexpected additional costs for their services.

I'm husband and I bought a time share several years ago. Life happened and we were no longer able to use our time share where, where, and how we wanted to. The timeshare company we bought from, were not interested in helping us get out of the contract. No settlement or allow someone else to purchase it from us and take it over the ownership. We did some research and came across the Newton Group. We called in March of 2020 and they took care of everything. We gave them all the information they needed. A law group was assigned to us and then COVID hit. I was very disappointed that it took so long for things to be taken care of, but very understandable that it's no ones fault. Every one stayed in communication. Emails and phone calls were exchanged letting us know they had not forgotten about us and were working very hard to get things settled. I received a phone yesterday, May 26, 2022 from the law group and an email confirming we are settled and DONE. The following day I received a phone call and emails from the Newton Group congratulating us and telling us "It is FINISHED." We were done. Could not be happier knowing everyhting is closed and we no longer have to pay money to something we can't use. THANK YOU!!!
