The Newton Group was great to work with. They answered every question that we had. Some was hard to hear but it was the first time it was information we needed.
They are not cheep but well worth it. Hear what they have and look at your options.

I would tell my family, friends and any body I did not know, if you want out of a failing time share deal that is getting worse and worse. Go with the Newton Group.

We are happy to share our experience with the Newton group.
It really seemed difficult to get rid of our time share condo that we only used 5-6 times during our 35 year ownership. We attended a seminar by the Newton group that explained the legal way to end the ownership. The presentation seemed honest and straightforward. We trusted the group and decided to go along with their proposal. The part that we liked was the fact that after signing the contract we will just sit and wait for the final outcome and that the group will engage a law firm to work on our behalf. That was the best part. They also told us that the whole process should take about a year or so.
They also provided us with a phone number in case we had any questions or concerns. Sure enough, the law firm that the group engaged, got in touch with us telling us that they were talking to the resort owners about the final settlement which came to about 2-3 time the yearly maintenance fee of the condo. Considering what we had spent on the condo for 35 years it was nothing. The final papers of the settlement were sent to us after a few months. We feel that Newton group does what it says. The process takes time but the best thing is that one does not have to do any work after signing the contract. I must say that we are very pleased with the way they handled our problem.

Our experience was positive from the initial meeting to the end of the process. Everything that was promised happened. We started the process in March 2019 for two different timeshares. The process for the first timeshare company was completed in 2020 – a little over a year from the time we started. The second timeshare company took a little longer. Covid-19 hit the timeshare industry hard in 2020/2021 and the second timeshare company did not want let us out; however, because of the diligent work of the lawyers and paralegals the Newton Group has working for them we can happily exclaim we no longer are associated with second timeshare company as of May 2022. Such a relief and an absolutely fantastic feeling!!! The staffs of the Newton Group and the lawyers working with them were always very helpful and professional. They kept us informed every step of the way – even if it was to let us know that nothing had changed but they were still working hard for us! They notified us when the transfers for both timeshares were complete! We would highly recommend the Newton Group to anyone trying to exit their timeshare ownership.

The Newton Group delivered on their promise of getting me released from my timeshare. They worked hard on my behalf to deal with all the legal issues that were necessary. It took a bit longer than initially planned, but that was due to the pandemic limiting the available personnel and services from all involved. Overall, a great experience! If I know of someone who wants out of a timeshare, I will recommend them to Newton Group.

Newton Group is very professional. They explain the entire process and answer all questions. Over the period of approx. 2 years (yes you must be patient) They kept me up to date and the attorneys they work with are familiar with your particular time share pirate. The fee might seem excessive however between the advise I received and the out come it was well worth it.

Newton Group was a very fortunate find. As anyone who has dealt with trying to terminate a timeshare ownership knows, the process is time consuming and very complex. Newton Group was able to cut through all those "lawyerese" requirements in order to do so properly and completely and present me with options and a final solution that I could understand. To say I could not have done it without a firm like Newton Group essentially goes without saying; they were indispensable in my quest to finally be rid of an unwanted timeshare and they earned my complete trust. Just received word that our timeshare exit is final!! So happy! Have tried to exit several times in the past with costly disappointments! Once our exit request through Newton Group reached the lawyer at DC Law, things went smoothly. Though it took longer than we expected, the outcome is worth it!

My wife and I used Newton Group timeshare company to sale out timeshare at Vacation Village in Williamsburg Va. after a long period of waiting to sale. They told us our options and finally we went with a law firm through them. Today I’m happy to say that we are finally released from our Timeshare and have a deed to prove it to be true. Long process, resulting in a TON of people coming and going through out the process, but Newton Group stood by their promise! i was asked several times to pay a buy out fee from the resort! I referred them back to Newton and the fees were paid!

We have been extremely satisfied with our Newton Group experience. Our initial contact was with Richard Crouse, who satisfactorily presented Newton Group data, explained what they could do for us and answered all of our questions. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful & friendly. Mr. Crouse estimated it would take 6-24 months to extricate us from our timeshare, so we were pleasantly surprised when it only took two months! We highly recommend Newton Group to anyone wishing to eliminate their timeshare.

It was expensive to get released from our timeshare, but the Newton Group got us through all the nastiness and we are now done with this timeshare!

My parents bought two timeshares when in their 30's and now they are 94 and 96 year old. They have no need for these for many years but; we had been unable to git Windham to take back or get rid of even trying to give away. After being scammed a couple of times we refused to give anyone money pre exit of the Timeshare. I don't need to tell you there are many, many scam companies out there who charge you then never want to hear from you again.
Somehow I found out about the Newton Group and read their reviews, like the one I am now writing, and decided to take anothyer chance. What a great group to work with! They are very professional, give you a time line of how they will handle the Timeshare Company, what they need from you and exactly what you can expect. After 10 years of trying to get rid of this this Timeshare from others Newton Group did exactly as advertised. I can't tell you more emphatically that this is the company which can give you results and set you free of these terrible Timeshare companies. They are the best!

Took just a bit longer than I thought it would, but it was executed to perfection with no additional costs. Was suspicious at first, but they did exactly what they promised.
