I purchased my carbon joy online and received an excellently packaged E-Bike. Nothing was damaged or scratched and it was very fast shipping. I put it together myself. I’m a 66 year-old woman and had no problem putting it together. I was previously riding a heavier, E-Bike and the light weight of this bike is amazing. It is so much easier to handle for me. I’m just your average older female. After sale customer service is excellent. The bike is bad ass looking. You don’t have to take the battery out to charge it and even the battery is finished to match your bike. If you’re thinking about it, you won’t regret it.

I am so impressed with the wonderful quick responses and helpfulness.

Assembling the bike was going well, with only a couple of electrical connections left to snap together. One went together as expected. But the other, as hard as I could push, would not close and snap. I feared that the connector was either defective or would soon be broken from my efforts. I contacted tech support, and, after some discussion, I grabbed both ends of the connector with pliers and pushed harder. The connector closed, and now everything works! Great bike!

I have been dealing with Ding in customer support for 6 months working to resolve a problem. He has come through with amazing results, that I could not have predicted would be so excellent. He/she is efficient, effective, courteous and delivers the best customer service. He/she never gives up, keeps working to solve it.

I recently got the foldable Urtopia ebike (in yellow) and I absolutely love it! I ride it daily as a commuter around Southeast Los Angeles and along the LA River and it’s been such a reliable and fun part of my routine.

As a non-car owner in LA, this bike has been a total game-changer for my multimodal trips because it’s easy to fold if I'm on the LA Metro train with no bike space but also super convenient to mount on the bike rack when im taking the bus. Makes getting around so much more joyful. I also ride it for community rides like CicLAvia and with the Southeast LA Bike Bus (which will hopefully become the first bike bus for K–12 students in Los Angeles.)

I own Carbon 1 pro ebike from Urtopia. I really enjoy riding my bycicle. The ride quality is unmatched. The 2nd is customer service. It's really good. I had to reach out to them for some replacement parts. I had an answer the same day and parts shipped to me the next day. Such a smooth experience without any compilations! Amazing people work for at the customer service department, especially, the person name Ding. He is really helpful! Highly recommend this company.

"After ski injury to my hips and back, I stopped riding my analog gravel bicycle because I could not get on it anymore. I started to research all possible options for people over 60 with mobility issues, and step through bike was my best option. Fusion GT with carbon frame looked so good and much lighter from any comparable e-bikes. Also, carbon fiber is much more stable due to the engineered structure and very forgiving on rough roads. I am so glad that I ordered one over a month ago. I ride my bike every day and feeling stronger and happier that I can still ride bicycle. Fusion GT is heavier than Carbon 1 ST, but power of two motors and throttle are very important for me due to my health condition. I can ride it is as analog bike and use power support when I need it. Technology is great, and dot matrix display is simple enough to not overload with unnecessary information. I love piano sounds when changing power, it is very intuitive and pleasant. Also, customer support is excellent, I had a damage to front wheel axle due to broken package during delivery, and few days after contacting support team, new wheel arrived at my home. As a very satisfied customer, I would highly recommend purchasing any e-bike from Urtopia.

I purchased my Urtopia E-Bike legally at a police auction in Germany, but the bike was still locked by the previous owner. I reached out to Urtopia’s support team and received a quick and friendly response. They asked me to provide proof of purchase and the frame number, and shortly after verifying my ownership, they unlocked the bike.
The whole process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Communication was clear and helpful, and the support team handled everything with great care. Now my bike works perfectly, and I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service.

I had high hopes for this new online only ebike. We needed to replace an old RadRunner that we loved but were enticed by the marketing here. Don't be fooled! Terrible bike experience and even worse customer support experience!

Bike itself: All of the help documentation actually pointed to a different computer so none of it was relevant and customer support would not respond. We took the bike out and the ride went after dark. The documentation to get the headlight on (because it wasn't automatic) was for a completely different bike. We never solved it (should be easy to turn on the headlight right?) Rode home on busy roads in the dark.

We like to ride on the hard flat sand of Washington's beaches. We've always done with the RadRunners. This bike while marketed for terrain like that lost all power and it was like peddling through mud.

We ordered the front basket attachment with the bike. It took a whole two months to receive it backordered which was not specified on the order. Installation instructions are wrong - you have to detach the headlight and move it to the front of the basket. Only the detachment clip as shown in the instructions doesn't exist when you open it up. I've been trying to get customer support help for 3 weeks and no responses. I had to go through sales support to even try to get to customer support and they said they would pass it into them and no contact.

So the customer support part of this on top of all the issues is non existent.

As I age, I have found the hills around my residence to be getting more difficult every year which is why I purchased the Carbon 1 Pro. What an amazing bike! It seems to have “leveled” all the hills for me and has made bicycling so much fun again. Very enjoyable! Unboxing and assembling was very straight forward and I was up and riding in no time. Customer support is very responsive as the ARES light was back ordered when I received the Carbon 1. They looked into the issue for me and quickly solved the problem. Great support!

Ok honesty. The bike is way over priced for what you get. $3000. Bucks for the carbon 1.
First it is the most unsafe feeling bike i have ever been on. Wobbly, this bikes hits like a tank over any kind of bump. This bike is only safe on a smooth surface. As advertised it does not go for 80 miles before a recharge and the Highest speed it goes is 21 - 22 on turbo on a flat service. The seat is so uncomfortable I had soars on my butt just riding on it for an hour. It defenently will heart your joints and bones such an uncomfortable ride. Truly the only thing this bike is as advertised is it is lite weight. I have to say I miss my freedare bike.

I absolutely love my Joy! I finally have the perfect bike for me. I’m 70 and feel very comfortable on it. It arrived quickly, and customer service has been great.

I purchased the Carbon 1 Step Thru E-bike during Urtopia’s Labor Day sale. At the time I purchased it they were offering free fenders and kick stand. A few days later that were also offering a free rear rack and mini pump. I contacted them and they agreed to provide me with these additional items. I very much appreciate their care for me as a new, now loyal, customer. The bike’s great, too!

I absolutely love my Urtopia Fold 1, it’s everything I was looking for in an e-bike. My Urtopia experience has been excellent. The order process with seamless, the delivery was fast. Their customer service is excellent, best experience I’ve ever had with customer service anywhere. I had questions about my new bike and customer service was quick to respond, to resolve and they followed up to ensure I was happy. I would definitely strongly recommend Urtopia, for their superb product and responsive customer service.

I absolutely love my Urtopia Joy. I’m 5’3” and the frame of this bike fits me perfectly. You can certainly adjust it for a taller person but I found it difficult to find a bike to adjust to a smaller person. It’s so much lighter than other bikes I’ve had. It has plenty of power. I tow my grandson behind me as well as use it for grocery shopping.

Amazing customer service on the order side of things. I split my purchase up into two different orders, but that made it so the second order didn't receive the discount. A quick email to their support team fixed it up. Also, I missed an opportunity to get a few extra accessories in a sale by a few days, but they graciously sent those items to me.

But even more importantly, my family loves their new bikes. We've been riding almost every day now!

i ordered e bikes never received at least one they say it was a scam i got a receipt and then next day receipt disappeared BBB says they cant record the comply because to many complaints
