Happy owner of two Carbon Fusion Pro e-bikes…

I ordered two Carbon Fusion Pro e-bikes from Urtopia. They arrived in perfect condition with only minimal assembly required. Prior to my purchase, I corresponded with the customer support group several times. In each instance, I received timely and thorough responses.

After receiving my bikes, I decided to buy the external batteries and reached out to the support group once more. Again, I received a quick reply and assistance placing my order.

Not only do I absolutely love the bike

Not only do I absolutely love the bike. The customer service is excellent. Prompt response and replacement! That’s Customer Service! I get so many compliments on the bike wherever we go and people want to try it out. Once somebody lifts it and sees how light it is, they can’t believe it and want one too.

Great bike and Exceptional Service and Support

Bought my Carbon 1 Pro direct from the company after a bad pre-sale experience with a dealer. Have had it since November 2024.

The bike has more than met my expectations but even better has been the service and support from Urtopia. The support representative, Ding, is exceptionally fast to respond and quickly solves problems. He is an example of how good customer service can be.

So far my Carbon 1 Pro has met all my expectations and support from Ding has been above and beyond.

I’ve ridden my Urtopia Carbon 1 Pro and Carbon 1S over 4,000 miles on long-distance trails across multiple states – and I can confidently say it’s the best bike I’ve ever owned. Lightweight, stylish, intelligent, and incredibly fun to ride, this e-bike truly delivers on performance and design.

From city streets to countryside highways, it’s been my daily companion, and I couldn’t be happier with the battery efficiency, GPS features, and handling. I get stopped often by curious onlookers, and I always recommend it without hesitation.

Absolutely satisfied with my purchase! My experience with Urtopia has been excellent from start to finish. The electric bike I bought exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, design, and performance. Customer service was fast, professional, and very attentive, answering all my questions before and after the purchase.

No replacement battery after one year

Urtopia fully deserves one star for the fact that I cannot get a replacement battery for my Carbon 1 bought in 2024. It is discontinued, so they do not care anymore and have no suggestion on how to solve.

What is the point of buying an ebike if you cannot replace its most important component? This is a degree of negligence to behold.

So - I have a decent bike without a battery, which is kind of pointless. But they kindly offered a discount on buying a new one, adding insult to injury

Purchased an E-Bike

Purchased an E-Bike, arrive with the electric motor that turned off/on whenever it wanted. Their support team shipped me a brand new bike that didn’t even turn on. I emailed multiple times to please provide support when they completely ignored me. Took my money & now I’m stuck with 2 broken bikes. Their Instagram comments have several people with same issues.

Great Customer Service!

So far so good!

I bought the folding bike and decided to return it for the Fusion Pro simply because my commute to work is too far and I wanted to fill more comfortable with a cruiser frame!!
I loved the folding bike and Ding from Urtopia has been nothing but amazing with helping me through the return and the new bike purchase. We got on a couple Zoom calls and he took the time to guide me all along!

I truly ppreciated that! So yes, so far great customer service!!

As soon as I get the new Fusion Pro I will get back with a full review on the product and my experience.

Habe am 24.2.2025 eine Anfrage gestellt über die App von Urtopia (und da heißt es zwischen 24 und 48 Stunden bekommt man unterstützung) u.a. wegen Akkuladeproblem bei einem Ebike das knapp 5 Monate alt ist und über den Winter nicht viel bzw sehr wenig gefahren wurde (ca.30 km) und habe nach 7 Tagen noch immer keine Antwort bekommen. Sehr schlechter Support. Und wenn ich mir so die Antworten anschaue hier sind das fast immer dieselben bei schlechter Bewertung von Urtopia.

She is such a positive person having your company. I am not good with Computers and she made this whole return so far a blessing and made it 10 one. I just wanna let you all know. I have purchased a Chord Ebike

I have purchased a Chord Ebike. There was a malfunction with the battery connection. I reached out to their customer service department. They immediately responded to my concerns,they sent the parts needed and I was able to find a bike shop that was not in their recommendation. They paid for the repairs as soon as they received the receipt. I highly recommend this company and I will purchased another bike from them in the future.

Herausragender Kundenservice, herausragendes e-Bike!!!

Ich habe mich sehr lange mit dem Kauf eines Urtopia Carbon 1 Pro auseinandergesetzt (fast ein Dreiviertel Jahr!). In dieser Zeit war ich mehrfach kurz davor das Rad zu kaufen, habe jedoch jeweils den Bestellprozeß vorzeitig abgebrochen. Es ging immerhin um sehr viel Geld. Scheinbar hat die Firma das mitbekommen und mich dann angeschrieben. Mir wurde ein sehr, sehr gutes Preisangebot gemacht welches ich so zu keiner Zeit im Internet gefunden habe, weder zu Black Friday noch zu Weihnachten. Zusätzlich zum guten Fahrradpreis wurde mir angeboten benötigtes Zubehör umsonst dazuzubekommen. Daher habe ich zusätzlich zum Rad noch einen Gepäckträger, ein Abusschloß, eine Aresleuchte sowie eine Urtopia Fahrradtasche kostenlos bekommen. Dazu noch eine Ersatzbatterie zum halben Preis.
Der Versand liegt jetzt bereits über 7 Wochen zurück, trotzdem bin ich erst Ende letzter Woche dazu gekommen das Rad zusammenzubauen. Dabei ist mir dann aufgefallen dass bei der Aresleuchte ein kleines Montageteil fehlte. Zudem hat das Fahrrad gänzlich andere Ventile als meine sämtlichen Luftpumpen weswegen ich dann auch noch eine kompatible Pumpe benötige. Damit habe ich mich nach wie gesagt über 7 Wochen seit dem Versand gemeldet und die prompte Antwort bekommen dass das Montageteil umgehend versendet wird. Außerdem bekomme ich die Pumpe und obendrauf noch einen Carbonflaschenhalter ebenfalls kostenlos dazu!
Mittlerweile haben wir 17 Mails hin- und hergeschickt und alle meine Fragen wurden geduldig, sehr freundlich und auch immer zeitnah beantwortet. Es gab zu keiner Zeit einen Kaufdruck, und das obwohl ich nach der ersten Kontaktaufnahme noch fast einen Monat gebraucht habe um die Bestellung abzugeben. Ständig fielen mir neue Fragen ein die aber dankenswerterweise restlos alle umfassend beantwortet wurden.
Der Kundenservice war absolut herausragend und hätte besser nicht sein können.
Das Fahrrad selbst steht dem in nichts nach. Ich bin absolut begeistert von dem Rad welches sich toll fahren läßt und durch die ganzen Zubehöre sogar noch aufgewertet wird. Zusätzlich ist das Bike auch ein absoluter Hingucker.
Vielleicht ergänze ich meine Bewertung nochmal in einem halben Jahr oder zumindest nach ein paar Monaten wenn ich deutlich mehr Erfahrungswerte gesammelt habe und beurteilen kann was das Rad auf Strecke leistet.
Bisher bin ich einfach überwältigt!

Ergänzend sollte ich wohl noch erwähnen dass ich dieses Angebot in der Black Friday Zeit bekommen habe und das Angebot wohl auch deshalb so umfangreich ausgefallen ist!

Love this Chord, sweet harmony.

First, the purchase experience was flawless, delivery was quick, communications were excellent. Second, the price was too good to pass up. I compared prices against the local bike shop chain, which is highly regarded, and found I could not find a bike of the same quality and features for 2x the price. Third, the assembly was quick and went together with little difficulty. Last, I really love the styling and design of the Chord, plus the whole musical theme of the design is great.

Bonus. The control module is Bluetooth enabled and I just realized (yesterday) that when my phone connects to the bike module, the phones sound plays through the bikes speaker. Nice touch.

By a Urtopia E-bike you won’t be disappointed

I’ve been riding my Chord for about 18 months and absolutely love it. I was an early backer during the Carbon 1 campaign. Combined I have over 13,000 miles and couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase from Urtopia I only wish I could afford the newest models.
