Spend a little more and go with another company!

I ordered the "Supreme Appendix EDC" gun belt on Feb 9th. I received the belt on Feb 17th and the belt itself was fine, but the belt support loop appeared damaged with the inner staple barely holding it together. I called NextBelt the same day at 909.758.0079 to report the issue and was told to email the warranty dept. I emailed them the same day (Feb 17th) about the issue. (Including pictures)

Hearing nothing, I emailed them again on Feb 22 to follow up. As of today (May 10) I still have not heard from anyone at NextBelt. The crazy part is that I work for a retailer that sells their products, so this experience has made me push customers toward the competitors product over theirs.

Nice belts, bad support

Nice golf belts overall, but terrible customer support. I've had an issue with one of the belts I purchased and have been trying to get it resolved since March 8th with no luck. A few emails back and forth, but no one takes ownership, and still waiting for a resolution. Keep that in mind if you buy one of these belts.

Beware before purchasing replacement straps

1st I’ve been purchasing nexbelt EDC belts for quite a few years. I never had to contact customer service before until today. I just purchased a new EDC BELT AND BUCKLE. On another order I purchased a new LEATHER EDC strap to replace the strap on an older EDC buckle. It came UPS today. I cut it down using the older belt which fit perfect for length. Then attempted to install it on the old buckle and it was too wide. The replacement strap fit in my newer EDC buckles but not the old one. I called customer service and explained the problem. So they told me all they can do is offer me 30% off a newer belt buckle. I said that’s unacceptable and again all she could do is 30% take it or leave it. I said I’ll leave it and write reviews. So beware when you order any replacement parts!

Company sent me the wrong screws and won't answer emails for weeks.

I purchased their belt originally through Amazon, and liked their product and used it daily. After a couple years of wear and tear I wanted to change out the belt, something this company offers without purchasing a new buckle and all. So I purchased it from their website and waited the week for it to ship to me... Upon receiving the item, I noticed the screws that shipped with the item were way too large for my buckle, I contacted their email (actually both of their emails) weeks ago and still have gotten no response. You would think a company making so much money off of our industry would want to fix their problem instead of ignoring it and going bankrupt but oh well.
