I ordered Avo domain puritos and because they are out of stock, they made it look like i ordered avo classic puritos. I tried to cancel the order but no one answered me then when i get the wrong cigars and i want to return it and get a refund they want me to pay for the shipping and taxes!!!! why would i pay for taxes $72 dollars if i am returning it? so i ll end up paying more than the cigars cost.

Next Cigars is a Total disaster! I ordered cigars that were supposed to be delivered in a week. It took Next Cigars a week before they left China. it took an additional 6 days to get to the US & then they said it was delivered. They were never delivered. The service team told me to check my local post office or neighbors. They never showed up! Each email seeking a refund was deflected & offered 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 50%, 60% then capped at 65%. I should have a full 100% refund. this is BS and Theft!!

The best cigar shop in Asia and probably the best in the world. Amazing customers service, fastest shipping, best quality control. I am really happy to have found my new online store for my cigars. They have several perks and discounts running that really no can beat. Absolutely recommend NextCigars to all

Sold me fakes. this is my first time to to purchase cigar from your website, box of 25 of montecristo no.2. Fake Fake Fake cigar, The box lacked many of the usual labels. Wrapper breaks, poor (no) taste from start to finish. like rubbish. I will never purchase again, it doesn't worth $1.
