The customer service has been beyond exceptional. I ordered a product which was great value and on a pre order price you couldn't argue with. There was however issue with Royal Mail delivery. It should of been with me in 1-2 days. It didn't show but when I queried it with ND, Mark was fantastic. Chased RM and checked in each day to see if it had arrived. Then sent a replacement tracked 24 immediately that it was evident it wasnt going to be here. Landed today and product is as described and can't wait to get going. If it was not for the attention to service I'd of gone elsewhere... But I can say this is next level and they will definitely provide what they profess. It's only going to get better now the community is live too.

Okay so I never leave reviews ever but I'm actually that impressed I had to. Started on the 30mg vial a few months ago and just moved up to the 60mg pen. The difference is mad honestly.
