I personally won't use again.
I can see why many rave about the site. I mean they do fulfill. However they apparently wrongly priced an item on their site. Took my payment, then later hit me with a message telling me it was a price listing error despite having a receipt for items and price and my second order of said item(which was a huge red flag).. I had to pay the remaining balance or receive something not worth paying postage for. Obviously connsumer law isn't a huge factor in this scene ( I.e honouring a receipt after I've finalised the sale). And owning mistakes for trust not making me pay for them. Passed a fair amount of friends their way too 😕

The real deal!!
Was very easy to order, they posted it same day and was received on time. Very competitive prices and is the real thing sometimes you worry that it’s not going to be but I can assure you it was! Thank you very much will definitely be using again soon.

I found this site and decided id give it a try its the first ever site ive bought from so i entered with caution and spent only 60 gbp enough to spend and i thought it was enough for me to lose in case they just kept it but my item landed in the post and the quality is as good as the normal ones will buy again with trust in this awesome site thank you.

Bad communication after payment and weak meds.
There were so many good reviews on here that I decided to order because my normal vendor was out of stock and had been sent fake pills by another company before I tried this one. I ordered at 4am on Wednesday so expecting delivery by Friday. I was promised a tracking number but didn’t get one on Thursday despite asking for it 4 times (from around 6m to midnight) so thought I had been scammed.
The tracking number finally came through on Friday morning and I received the meds. Unfortunately they are quite weak.
I will not be using them again.
EDIT: Thanks for your response, I think I was a little harsh with the 2 stars as I did actually receive them so I’ve given you another one. I will consider you in the future and perhaps speak to someone about your recommendations. Thanks again.

Fast dispatch time,discreet packaging communication can be hit or miss
I think you are a really efficient and arrive far quicker than many other companies. Online chat is hit and miss with the majority of the time being unavailable and also any messages on the portal or Via email can be slow to respond or not at all.

Probably the smoothest pharmacy experience I’ve had in a long time
The ordering process was very straightforward, as was payment. I chose transfer, and after verifying payment with customer services via screenshot I was provided with my tracking information.
The medicine arrived the next day - correct items and correct quantities throughout. They also all had long shelf-lives, which I appreciated.
Can’t fault this business, it took 1 day from order to delivery and I was kept updated by the support team every step. 10/10.

Fake bensedin unknown to them, I asked for a refund and they told me not to make any orders again which is a bit harsh.
8/09/2025 I've already asked for a refund or send me out a proper benzo like rivotril clonazepam as these are dangerous to human health.
