Purchased 2 sets of their Moroccan solar powered lights. On their advertising these look to be somewhere between golf ball & tennis ball size. In reality when they arrived they’re about 2cm in diameter, which I guess would’ve be ok if they worked which neither set did. For $40USD.
When contacted to ask for a refund the company’s first response was “did you turn them off & on again” 🤦‍♂️ (I’m not kidding) followed by requests for videos which I have taken & sent to them but I would not recommend this company. Buy elsewhere

The Santa decoration I purchased was advertised as a moving display. I paid $67.80 for a piece of fabric with sticky tape to keep it in place.
It's shown as a Santa hanging from a window trying to climb up. The only way it will move is if the wind blows. VERY disappointed.

I ordered 3 products, got confirmation that package was shipped but it never arrived. I tried email to the support address to track package but no luck. The phone # listed on order confirmation is not connected. What used to be a good company is now terrible. Will contact my credit card company and cancel the charges. Will never use Next Deal Shop again.

The motion sensor lights are malfunctioning the don’t hold their charge for long.

This place is a joke. Ordered items on 31 January and never received items. After many calls and emails finally received tracking numbers then a message saying insufficient funds for postage. Never again.

Ordered on Nov. 27. never received order.
Company said it was delivered 1/2. Called Post Master. He said it was delivered to a different address and the physical label put on by Next Deal Shopping did not have my address on it. Next Deal Shopping has denied.
Called Postmaster again. Postmaster told me it was a scam. Called my credit card company and disputed the payment of 129,00+
DO NOT ORDER FROM NEXT DEAL SHOPPING!!!!

Very bad communication. Very bad site to try and track order is not working and no answers coming. Where is my order. Please sort this before I contact bank for scam.

Poor communication , sent the wrong item and no effort to correct the problem . Buyer beware !

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I have contacted Next Deal Shop on several occasions and have gotten no where. The tracking number doesn't work, they asked for the shipping address which is worrying as it was on the order!!! I have asked for a refund as I don't believe it will arrive but haven't received one. I'm now going to contact my bank.
Do not use this company!!!

If your want your order promptly do not order from the Next Deal Shop.

Tracking is also virtually impossible unless you subscribe to a different site.

My order was processed quickly and sent just as quickly. I was delighted with the quality of all the items I ordered.

I believe my order fell to fraudulent people, order 5-12-24, I’ve been tracking, with 17track site, then some bs saying the label was wrong for my address which I put my correct address on order!! They are quick to take your money but failed to deliver! One pissed of customer

Not happy …. The lights I ordered are minute … nowhere near as big as I expected! Very disappointed! Waste of £33! Pictures were very deceptive .

First of all, they advertise 1/2 off 2nd item. I bought 4 items and the 1/2 price was on the last 2 cheaper items. Second of all, the utensil rest has a slit in it, such as box cutter damage. After emailing the company, Kelly responded to my email asking for a picture. I complied and after a few days asked about the disposition of the damaged item. No response, no word on replacement or otherwise. I emailed again asking for a timely response, still waiting. I will not order from this place again

I ordered the eucalyptus lights and not had confirmation or the product but the money has been taken from my bank

the items I ordered were really disappointing, very different from what I 've seen on your site. I would like to get them back, I wrote an e mail about it but i haven't got back yet...

I ordered a canon 5 D from next day deal , the camera did arrive next day , and the price I paid was hundreds of pounds cheaper that what I had been researching for months , paid by credit card , everything straight forward . I will have no hesitation in contacting them a again for a lens for my camera

I have received better products from you in the past. These are average. I ordered five, none of them, except one, fit on the stems, so they had to be forcefully put on. One only partially works at night. One I cannot get the top off in order to switch the switch to "on" for it to collect sunlight. So the recap:
5 ordered
1 fit the stems provide
1 partially works-part time
1 does not work since I cannot get the top piece off to engage the solar switch.
