Hurtig levering - besværlig retur.
Mine varer kom efter 3 hverdage hvilket var hurtigere end forventet. Jeg skulle returner nogle af varerne og der skal man selv købe retur label hertil og da varerne skal sendes til Tyskland kostede det 144 kr. Jeg købte min retur label på pakke.dk som var meget nemt at bruge, og har meget hurtigt levering. Man kan selv vælge sin udbyder og jeg brugte PostNord. pakken var returneret på 2 hverdage. De varer jeg valgte at beholde er i super kvalitet og derfor vil jeg formentlig købe herinde igen, men kun når jeg er 100% sikker på at beholde varerne. Retur er for kompliceret og for dyrt.

Riporto qui sopra le indicazioni del sito, che sembra indicare che si possa usare l'etichetta resi e NON DICE CHE il costo della spedizione del reso è a carico del cliente, per di più aggiunge che si devono pagare 5€ per il reso, lasciando intendere che quello è l'unico costo da sostenere.
Posto il fatto che una traduzione parziale non indica la volontà di rendere chiari i termini al cliente, la descrizione della procedura di reso è troppo vaga e lascia adito ad interpretazioni.

Har nu bestilt hos Next to gange. Begge med okay hurtig levering. Sidste levering var dog forsinket en enkelt dag, hvilkede var helt ok.
Har ikke prøvet at returnere varer, da jeg gar været fuldt ud tilfreds med mine køb (børnetøj).
Jeg må indrømme jeg var lidt spændt ved min første bestilling pga. blandede anmeldelser på trustpilot.
Kunne helt sikkert godt finde på, at bestille derfra igen 😊
Returnering er alt for dyrt
Æv, skjorterne jeg har købt til mine tre drenge er IKKE samme farve trods samme design og at der står de er hvide. Heller ikke samme stof! Jeg vil så sende skjorterne tilbage, men man skal selv betale og det er ikke muligt at købe en returlabel gennem NEXT - og derfor kommer det til at koste mig over 200 kr at sende dem tilbage. Det er virkelig dårlig service!! Køber aldrig noget hos NEXT igen.

Ik ben heel tevreden over deze webshop. Goede kwaliteit en mooie prijzen. De verzending is altijd snel. Ik heb ook goede ervaringen met de klantenservice. Ondanks dat de communicatie in het Engels is en het automatisch vertaald wordt naar het Nederlands heb ik alleen maar goede ervaringen.

BUT, the returns and customer service is a horrible experience.
First, I emailed 3-4 times to discuss a pickup. Than I got gifted the item (awesome) and then 4 days afterwards they wanted to pick it up again.
So confusing.

Ordering process simple enough but wrong size item sent. The process to return items is complicated with zero ability to contact the company which uses a chat bot unable to resolve difficulties

Very disappointed!!! I drove 14 miles to buy bedding set as a present for my daughter. When she opened it, there was no pillow cover. So she was very upset about it. I called to the store from where I have purchased the item, no one has answered the phone, so called to the other store, again no one answered the phone. I have contacted the customer service where I've been transferred from one adviser to another. I have explained the whole situation and I was promised by an advisor that I will need to place online order to get the same product and pay for the delivery charge, then with a order confirmation I will need to go to any next store for the delivery charge to be refunded and to get a refund of 10 % off for the whole inconvenience and once a store will provide my details on a till they will see the recommendations for these refunds to be processed for me. So this is what I have done, and when I went to return the faulty product,the store has adviced that they will not be able to process those refunds as they wouldn't see any kind of details or notes like that made by anyone from CS as stores dealing with issues differently and CS differently. So I have spent my time again, petrol and paid £4.99 for delivery where I didn't have to. !!!! as this could probably be solved through the phone.

Het is waar wat de meeste zeggen over dit bedrijf. Prijzen zijn goed, maar daar blijft het bij. Het artikel was verzonden maar ze waren vergeten een mail te sturen dat ik het op kon halen. Moest ik dus zelf achteraan. Eindelijk binnen, is het een compleet ander model dan ik had besteld. Wel mijn maat, maar veel te krap. Blijf hier weg!

Goede ervaring met nextdirect.com mooie kwaliteit, maatvoering klopt. De verzending wel goed in de gaten houden met dpd. Het kwam in 2 pakketjes, het ene werd goed vermeld wanneer het kwam. Het andere pakketje niet. Terwijl het ineens afgevinkt was in mijn account van next direct.com dat het bezorgd was en dpd dat niet had laten weten. We vonden het terug in de schuur. Dus toch goed gekomen. Tussen bestelling en bezorging zat 1 week

La taille est parfaite, la veste est arrivée très vite, dans un emballage sommaire (un sac, comme chez Levi's !), et le rapport qualité/prix imbattable. J'ai vu que des personnes étaient déçues. j'ai trouvé là un blazer en denim que je cherchais depuis longtemps, et j'en suis vraiment très contente.

Ordered a dress. What I received was not what was advertised. False advertising. The dress does not come with a white collar or white sleeve cuff. What a waste. The time and effort to do returns is not even worth it. Highly disappointed as the quality of the clothes is usually excellent.

Je suis satisfaite de ma première commande faite le 24 octobre en soirée. Colis reçu très rapidement le 26 octobre beaucoup avant le délai annoncé lors de la commande. Articles de qualité. Rien à rajouter à part MERCI.

Indisk kundeservice: Jeg har gentagne gange oplevet, at de har deres egne -ulovlige- regler for reklamation. Udfritter man dem om EU-borgeres ret til 2 års reklamation, svarer de ikke, selvom de sælger i hele EU. Prøv lige at læse den her:
