The service I received from Martin was excellent! The whole process was well explained and there was plentiful resource available. It was very well structured and easy to understand. I did the level 7, and whilst it was very challenging the feedback received helped me to understand it better and get it over the line. I studied for the CMI L7 Strategic Management and Leadership and can only give positive feedback for the experience. The course was well structured with a easy to use portal and the materials provided where insightful and aided in closing any knowledge gaps in meeting the required criteria. Mr. Rice was an excellent support during the process, providing useful feedback which helped redirect submissions or act as assurance that a correct level of knowledge has been obtained and demonstrated. I cannot stress enough how quick and responsive next level impact where throughout any submission and questions. I believe I never had to wait more than two working days to hear back from them and commend them on this. I have not been with a learning provider before that has managed to meet this standard so I would thoroughly recommend this provider.

I have just completed the CMI Level 7 Certificate Coaching & Mentoring. I have coached & mentored many people over the years & Martin was really helpful when I contacted him at guiding me to the suitable qualification to support what I was doing.
