I’m leaving a review because I actually left Nicerx for 1 month but I’m back! I love the customer service quick response and the helpful support they provide. I started in November (2nd wk)and I’m down 10 pounds as of 1/24/2026. 5 pounds a month.

Very pleased with customer service. NiceRx goes beyond expected to make you feel comfortable.

The overall company is professional, polite, and always wanting to assist. Customer assistance always responds timely.
I have found the basis of any company really does come down to not only its product but customer service.

Great price for semaglutide. I've been getting semaglutide from NiceRx for about 6 months. Shipments arrive well-wrapped with ice packs and on time. Best price that I could find for semaglutide. And the product is very effective

I have used a handful of different companies when trying to find compounded Semaglutide. Nice RX is by far THE CHEAPEST! They have the best communication, the best customer service and an awesome provider experience. The doctors treat you like a person, not a number. Your care is tailored to YOU! During my consult, the doctor talked to me like it was an old friend. They offer advice and an open-door policy. Compared to other companies, NICE RX IS THE BEST!!!! Many of the sites are difficult to navigate or have just enough info that it sounds shady. There are always hidden fees or ridiculous monthly pricing once the "trial period" is over. They take your money right away but you don't receive shipping and tracking for weeks. If you are serious about your weight loss journey, CHOOSE NICE RX!

Meds came on time; online Dr. visit was great, and customer service answered my question in a very timely manner so far NiceRx has been a gem.

Why is the shipment taken so long to come.
I spoke to a doctor on December 1,2025, and was told medication will be approved and sent out.
I expected the medication within 3/4 days, called again on Thursday: December 4,25, stated, the medication has been processed, I should receive the medication on Saturday, no medication.
I called again on Monday, December 8, and was told, it was an isolated incident with the pharmacy, and the medication will be shipped out today or Tuesday.
I am pleased with the representative, and decided to change my stars, upon me receiving my medication.
I will do an update once I receive my medication on Tuesday.

The whole process was simple, efficient, and I had no problems. Medicine comes Next Day Air, so it is not in transit long. I was provided with comprehensive instructions and everything I needed to be successful.

Prompt courteous customer service and clinical support.

My experience has been great with Nice RX they seem to be fairly priced and responsive to questions. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking to loose weight and have the kind of support they deserve.

It took a little longer than I expected, but overall, a good experience. Customer service was great. the product definitely curbed my appetite and overeating habits. It did take about 8 months to get to my goal. I did lose 50 lbs with increased exercise. I did go on a daily walking plan and cycling routine.
I am going to work on just maintaining where I'm at for a couple of months.

I received email notification that my request to was received. I am impressed. Future customers be aware of the dose and charge schedule. It is not a clear cut as it is presented…
It could end up with you being charged for doses you may not want but because they ship more than 4 doses each time; how can you keep up and monitor it? So be mindful when signing up for the auto plan & charges when canceling.

Thankfully I canceled before the first shipment, due to other reasons, but after NiceRx contacted me, I became very confused about the process (dosage & billing changes ) if I wanted to start again.

This company is very easy to deal with. They answer all my questions and get back to me very quickly with answers.

Timely deliveries, friendly Customer Service and readily available Doctor. I have been using NiceRX for just over a year and all is very good. Thanks!

NiceRx is AMAZING! I broke my kneecap 2 years ago and began putting on weight, no matter how little I ate or how much I tries to burn calories. After I recovered, I continued piling on the weight. I tried so many things and it was only once I found NiceRx, the weight began falling off. I recommend NiceRx to anyone having a difficult time loosing weight. I have lost 41 lbs in 5 months and I am over the moon with joy!

The small staff at NiceRx provide excellent service and personal recognition. I receive my medications in a timely fashion from a reputable pharmacy with excellent ratings. NiceRx charges no membership fees, and has been quick to respond to questions and requests. Highly recommend.
