Wildly overpriced photos of poor…

Wildly overpriced photos of poor quality. I've had only one adequate experience ordering digital nursery photos from this company a couple of years ago. Since then, I haven't bothered purchasing the photos since the previews are obscured by multiple overlapping watermarks. I only recently decided to purchases prints of my child's group nursery photos since hoping it would be worth the high price. I was sorely disappointed when the 2 photos (costing 29.22 GBP) arrived on printed on a cheap thin stock paper rather than glossy photo paper as I had expected. Do yourself a favour and simply take some of the much cuter photos you've undoubtedly captured on your cell phone to be printed at a photo shop for 1 GBP. I will not be making any future purchases.

Appalling service

Appalling service. They did our children’s nursery photos. Bought some, they never arrived, asked for a refund which we were promised. The refund never came. Do not deal with them. Far better photographers out there who are more reliable

Signed up to receive the school photos…

Signed up to receive the school photos for both my children (one is in reception). After receiving the photos for my older child, I contacted them to find out where the younger child's photos are. They just replied back saying sorry they can't find them, but they will take photos again next year.
Terrible service.

Thank you for getting back in touch, and I’m very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused — I completely understand how disappointing it is not to receive your child’s photographs.

In a small number of similar cases in the past, it has later turned out that the reason a child’s images were not available was simply that they were not present on the day of the photo session, or did not make it to the photographer when their class was called. This can occasionally happen, particularly on busy school photography days, despite everyone’s best efforts.

As some time has now passed since this shoot, we’re unfortunately unable to verify attendance ourselves, but it may still be possible for the school to confirm whether your child was present and took part on the day.

Of course, this may not be the case, and if so, please accept our sincere apologies. We take situations like this very seriously. With each school we typically capture many thousands of images, and while it’s extremely rare for an individual child’s photographs to be missing, we fully appreciate how upsetting it is when this happens.

We absolutely accept responsibility for the outcome, whatever the cause, and we are genuinely sorry that we’re unable to provide the photographs on this occasion. As advised, we will of course ensure your child is photographed again at the next available opportunity.

Amazing Service & Photography

We have had the pleasure of using Nice Smile for our school photos for a number of years now and have always been so happy with the service they provide. The whole team from photographers to the support office are wonderful and so helpful and the pictures are always amazing!

As a company, we always aim to keep our rates fair and competitive, and our pricing structure is agreed in advance with the school. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase any photographs, and we fully respect that the decision is a personal one.

In your case, the digital package included 19 professionally edited images, which works out at approximately £6.31 per image. We believe this is in line with industry standards and reflects the time, expertise, and quality involved in producing the final images.

That said, we do appreciate you sharing your perspective and thank you for your honesty. We’re always happy to discuss any concerns directly if you wish to get in touch.

Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing service. After being bombarded with ‘discount code will expire, texts AND emails, I find out that for group photos there is in fact NO discount code available. Total false advertising and information.

Total rip off. Do not engage with this company. Very overpriced photos and the free delivery in the UK is presented as a special discount! Very disappointed I had to deal with this company.
