Don’t FALL FOR THE TIKTOK SCAM! My shirt was a blurry mess. It was a bad photo shopped image that was hard to make out because it was so blurry.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a shirt and the artist got everything wrong from basic color of the outfit, to their face, to basic anatomy. They gave a male character boobs. I complained and tried to get a refund they basically told me too bad so sad. This ugly camel is now the shirt of shame. Their customer service is just tik tok videos and deleting peoples comments on Instagram.

Ordered in October 2021, it is January 2022 and I still haven't received my order. Asked about it and was told it would be shipped in 5-7 days. It has been longer than that with no update.

I ordered 5 shirts, 2 of them have really great original art and designs but the other 3 are not great. You can barely see the images and they look like clip art pasted over each other. It’s very weird to get 2 great ones and 3 that are a complete waste of money. I would not buy again.

I was super excited to try out these guys as I’d seen them all over tik tok & it’s a really cool premise! However, when I ordered I didn’t hear anything for over three months & when I eventually contacted them they said that due to their carrier not currently shipping to Australia, they couldn’t deliver it & if I wanted the shirt I would have to pay an additional $27 US on top of the $20 US I had already paid for shipping. This single gag gift tshirt has now taken over $100 AUS ($70 US) and months to arrive.
Pretty disappointed, if they had just reached out when they knew about the shipping isssues, or if they had updated their website to warn international buyers, it would have solved all my frustrations straight up! Definitely not one to write reviews but if you’re from Australia and looking to order from these guys, just be aware of the extra cost!!

If I could rate a 0, I would. This team is nothing but horrible and their designers are a team of people who have absolutely no talent.

Watch out for their terms and conditions. They will create a garbage shirt for you and then tell you to deal with it without them redoing, or issuing a refund.

They gave me a trashed tshirt and refuse to redo the shirt or issue a refund because “all the prompts were met”.

If I ran a business like this, I’d be out of business.

I was excited to get into this as it was my first time and it was a gift for my wife's birthday. I was incredibly disappointed with what was provided to me, and everyone else who saw what was designed and shipped, also gave the "i'd be fired if I let that pass the design phase". i reached out to their team multiple times over a week and a half time frame, and only had a SINGLE response. I've asked for a refund or a redo with a different designer, to no avail. 0/10 for customer service and quality of what is provided. I would NOT recommend this product or this company to anyone.

Second time ordering...... these tees are very nice just have to watch which style you pick each style is from a different brand ....... for your size and texture the V neck I really like it’s of a lighter fabric for summer not sure if it will be of a heavy cotton like the round neck one I order a little heavy for a hot day in July ..... for winter months it will be perfect 😍

I ordered on the 7th of March, it is now the 19th of May and the order still has not arrived and the customer service is not responding. I will be issuing a chargeback case with my bank, do not waste your time. Obviously tiktok has gotten to their heads and they can't be bothered to deliver a product or service to their paying customers.

The shirt was said to come in between 2-3 weeks it’s not been 7 weeks and I still haven’t gotten it.

1. I ordered a tee-shirt for my birthday after seeing an ad on Facebook that led to their website. When the shirt arrived, it was not the color purple advertised. It was a lighter and stoned washed purple and white shirt. I thought I was purchasing a solid plum-looking purple shirt. That was not the only problem. I am 52 and my birth year is 1969. The shirt came with the year 1967 on it and age 53. I did not order the wrong age and year. I know how old I am and what year I was born in. When I contacted the company to tell them that my order was wrong and the color on the website does not match the color advised, they told me that after reviewing my claim as well as the campaign ordered from, (do not know what that is) they could confirm that the item received matches the campaign. At this time, we can provide no further compensation. Basically, telling me that I am out of my $33.94.

Bought a green rug and the coloring and design were not as clear as depicted in the online image. Poor quality. And it looks and feels like a blanket, not a rug.

My shirt arrived and I love it can't wait too wear it on my 50th birthday...♥️♥️♥️

Ordered a t-shirt for my birthday that appears to be "sparkling" on the website. There is not one sparkle on it at all. The appearance of the t-shirt on the site is nowhere near what I expected to receive. Now I have to buy another t-shirt to get what I want. Expensive for what you get.

I purchased a Chapter 51 shirt from Nicetshirts. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. It was true to the size. I will be back to purchase my chapter 52 shirt.

I am very well pleased with my order. It took a little longer than I expected, but very understanding as orders from every place was back up. My husband love his t-shirt it was a birthday gift. My daughter ordered a sweatshirt for her dad. A large sweatshirt, it arrived with small print. I just wanted her money back as it was very expensive for a sweatshirt. Instead customer service sent another sweatshirt. Sadly the exact same as the first one. We won't order from Nice Shirts again.
