Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Ordered merchandise for my daughter which was lost/stolen somewhere during delivery. So I figure "The company that makes the merchandise is in Italy. We live in Italy. It's probably easier to just ship the merchandise to me and I'll mail it myself." Wrong. my order STILL has not arrived. At this point I am registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hate to do it but my original order was placed in early NOVEMBER. Trying to get reimbursed including shipping. But I'm not holding my breath.

When my boyfriend opened it he said "wow, they nailed it". Of course it took a bit longer to get here than expected, it's the holidays and US shipping is whack! Love the shirt, nice work :)

I purchased 6 blankets for my family and am so disappointed because the quality is bad, the printed part is completely detached from the fuzzy part, it’s only held ny the borders. The fuzzy part is cheap and I am sooo sad. I spent over $300 on these blankets and now I’m stuck with them and don’t have a choice but to hand them out and then figure out a way to try and make them look better by somehow attach the front to the back. Will never order from them again..Merry Christmas to me!

I ordered shirt almost 2 weeks ago and per their customer support team. Still in processing phase (printing). Gave them 2 stars because customer service response was within hours of contact.

They did really well with the Tshirt I ordered. I am waiting on my 2nd order since ill be 43. Will continue to order for sure.

This is the second time I ordered from this company. I was very pleased with the merchandise. The printing and quality of the t-shirts is excellent. I will order again in the future.

I just live both of my Tshirts, your company got them here before my birthday, Oct 7. Thanks again

I ordered this shirt back in July for my birthday that was September 2nd I am just now receiving my shirt September 22nd. I have done numerous of chats with them to see about the location of the shirt shirt was still being processed and hadn't been delivered in August so I emailed them and asked for a refund they apologized and the amount of the refund they gave me was $2.79 and I still get to keep the shirt that was a slap in the face when the shirt was supposed to been worn for my birthday I have no need for the shirt it was for me to wear on my birthday I don't think that they have good customer service and they have bad business

So I ordered a shirt for a Birthday party that was to happen on Friday September 18 . The shirt still has not been made or Shipped out . I dont need it anymore and I requested to cancel my order. Why do I need it of my even is literally today ! I will never ever use these people again to make me a shirt .

Please don't order anything from this company !! They're a rip off !! The shirts are made of poor quality and the print work is faded. Plus, the company doesn't offer returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges. You can't even get a "live" person in Customer Service; it'll automatically refer you back to their website to file a claim. I filed a claim 3 days ago and still waiting on a response. I spent a total of $72.58 on three old raggedy "Fruit of Loom" t-shirts that wasn't even worth it !!

Ordered my birthday shirt for my birthday on the 24th of september!!! can not even track it! You had no problem with getting your money! Please send me my shirt, or credit my money back!!!

I love my shirt. I was a little hesitant to order from a Facebook advertising because I wasn't sure if it was legit. I'm glad I took the chance, because the shirt is awesome, good quality. I'll be ordering again especially now that I know how the sizes run.

My shirt arrived just in time for my birthday 9/24

I had my sister order it for me. She place the order a week and a half ago got my hoodie just yesterday I’m in love very good quality tryed it on feels like ima stay warm this winter I’m a hoodie gal. No coats looking forward to placing more orders soon thanks guys.

Ordered a T shirt over a month ago for my best friends 50th Birthday. Not only have I still not received the T-shirt it still says in process.
I can not get through by phone or email to check on this order. Email gets a response that is generic and does not address my questions. Phone gets disconnected every time I put in the order number. It is to late now the Birthday has come and passed. I will never order from you again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered to t-shirts and both were great fit and the quality was good as well. I enjoyed wearing and received compliments on my shirts. Great experience.
