DONT ORDER!! Took nearly 10 days to send my parcel. Couldn’t provide me with tracking when asked on numerous occasions. When finally gave the tracking and it was delivered it was the wrong items and not the ones I ordered/ ones that were pictured. Never ever ordering again and I don’t advise anyone else. I have screenshots off all conversations!

Placed an order payed £50 for it including a £5 delivery fee and nothing showed up. No contact from the company, my attempts to get in touch have been answered with silence. AVOID ❌

So I ordered about 100 pounds of iceberg snus two weeks ago and they have yet to arrive. In fact they have not even been delivered. I therefore sent them an email to be reimbursed because I ordered elsewhere and have got no responses. I also asked them for updates on my delivery status a week prior and same I didnt get any responses. Unless they fix my order, I wouldnt recommend buying anything from them!

Absolutely amazing prices for the longevity of these products depending on use. Fast deliveries (within a day or 2) and of course they have flavour packed pouches!! Highly recommend.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I was talked through the ordering process, different payment options, and even given suggestions as to what products/flavors they like the most. I recommend buying 10 at a time as it saves you a good amount of money, very excited to try these as it was very hard to find a website that ships to the USA and has the products I want, but this site made things very easy and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
