Ordered 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it

It's been a month since I've paid for my item, got a notification the day after ordering that payment had been successful. Website stated next day shipping. Emailed after 1 week, no response. Emailed again a week later, no response. Finally received an email on 19th April saying my order was on the way, no tracking info to date, and still haven't received my package on the 26th April. I have used this company before, and they have been first rate. Hope this is a one off issue as their product is great.

Ordered item waited a week and heard nothing contacted premnic also nothing heard for another week got reply from them. Then no reply back to me at all then a month after ordering my items were delivered but I was unaware of this turning up very bad customer service

Ordered nicotine costing £57.99 on Monday 5th February and website shows that order is fulfilled on 5th February 2024.
Not received, so emailed customer services after 5 working days as specified on website - no reply.
Now 10 working days – no delivery.
Other one star reviews show that any further attempt to contact Premnic is pointless.
Premnic and Mister vape use same address – what’s going on there?
There is a pattern emerging that indicates either incompetence or fraud.
Now contacting bank for chargeback and ordering from somewhere else.
Don’t waste your time ordering from Premnic/Mister vape.

I still haven't received the package and they don't reply to emails, 0 out of 1000

ordered on 27th dec after 10 days emailed to ask where item was = no reply.
5 days later emailed again and was told my email was in spam folder and my order will again be sent out,
emailed 2 times and left voicemails and no reply just ignored.
27 days later i am £66 worse off with no items and getting ignored = pathetic, this company need reporting.
update at jan 30th, received part order on 25th jan (thanks) but waiting for £58 bottle of 7.2% nic have asked where is other item and even asked for a refund before item arrived but....no reply
cant be bothered to email or phone now as no reply whatsoever.
premnic say next day delivery inc tracking but they dont provide tracking, i ordered on 27th dec and its feb in 3 days and still have not got my order!

ordered same items from another online shop and they arrived 2 days later and they provided a tracking inc local pickup.

Found this through another supplier. I ordered 72mg nicotine from these and it arrived within the next day. Really happy with the service.
