Absolutely great customer service
Absolutely great customer service, had an issue with a discount and was gifted the product instead for the inconvenience along with the rest of my order (thank you CJ - social media manager). Product arrived within 24 hrs even without next day shipping absolutely no complaints from me :).

Really helpful & cheap - best nic pouch company
Cheap pouches , ordered loads from them with no issue ever and usually a freebie or two !
however most recent order came with 2 box’s that had multiple burst pouches in, I emailed to let them know & got a reply within 30 minutes and got two more sent within the hour to me that arrived in a day with an extra tin in there :)
They really go above & beyond & Kyle who I spoke to on email was super helpful & understanding and really fast to send another order out for me :) thankyou

Really good customer service
I have bought these caffeine pouches from “Nic Pouches” a few times now and they are really good.
Despite EVRI messing up the deliver, Angel from Nic pouches sorted the issue out really quickly and sent replacements out. Really pleased at the customer service and will definitely buy from them again!

I was sent the wrong order by mistake but the company quickly rectified this and sent out the correct order.
Angel was particularly helpful during this process and ensured I was fully informed of what had happened and was very swift in amending the genuine mistake.
