Terrible experience with Nike UAE.
Very poor delivery service, obvious manufacturing defects in the products, and no response from customer support. There are also no customer reviews on products, which shows a lack of transparency. Highly disappointing and not recommended.

I have been a loyal Nike.ae customer…Extremely disappointing experience with Nike.ae – used item sold as new

I have been a loyal Nike.ae customer for years, but this has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had with the brand.

I ordered a pair of Nike Vaporfly 4 shoes and received them in clearly used condition, despite being sold as new. The packaging was opened, one shoe was missing the cardboard insert, and there were visible creases on the sole indicating prior wear.

I reported the issue immediately, submitted all requested photos, and contacted Nike multiple times via website chat, email, and the call center. However, even after more than 48 hours, there was no clear update, no resolution, and no timeline from customer support. When I called again, I was still told there was “no update”.

For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I hope Nike reviews this case seriously and improves the quality and responsiveness of its customer support.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed — Faulty Product & Manipulative Customer Service

I purchased the Nike Zoom Invincible Run 3 (Triple Black) from Sun & Sand Sports. It’s the most expensive Nike running shoe (~AED 1,000) — and a known faulty line. Every store I visited (Dubai Hills, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina) had pairs with defective heel foam peeling — including the one I ended up buying.

I had major heel surgery in March and bought this shoe specifically for post-recovery walking. I barely used it due to travel and recovery — only to return in August and find the heel foam peeling badly again. It’s clearly a manufacturing defect, not wear and tear.

When I returned to the store, staff acknowledged the defect but refused a refund — only offering an exchange or gift card. I escalated through customer service. After days of back and forth, I learned that both store staff and customer support were being directed by the same area manager who kept stonewalling my refund request, despite clear evidence of a faulty product.

To make matters worse:
• I was misled and manipulated multiple times.
• A store manager insinuated I gave the shoes to someone else, questioning my integrity.
• I waited over an hour in-store, promised a call back, and was completely ignored.

This is not how a professional company should treat a customer — especially one dealing with a medical condition and a product clearly not fit for purpose.

I’m not asking for a favor. I’m demanding my legal right to a refund for a defective product.

Sun & Sand — take accountability. You’ve lost my trust completely.

Super disappointed with Nike.ae (online)

Super disappointed with Nike.ae. I received my order for the Air Jordan 1, but it came without shoelaces—none on the shoes, and none inside the box. I immediately called customer service since I’m bringing the shoes to the Philippines by the end of this week. Unfortunately, they had no urgent solution for cases like this, even though the mistake clearly came from their side. All I received were apologies.

I understand, mistakes happen. But It’s frustrating that instead of providing an immediate fix, they’re making the customer wait. I suggest visiting the store directly if you want to buy from Nike, so you can check that everything is complete. Ordering online is risky because you might receive an incomplete item. It seems there was no proper quality control before dispatch, and yet all they can say is 'sorry.' How do you even send out a pair of shoes without shoelaces?

The only option they offered is a return or exchange, which will take 3–7 working days. I will NO longer purchase from Nike online.

Extremely Disappointed with Nike and Imile Courier Service

I’ve been misled by both Nike and their courier partner, Imile, since June 1. Every day, I’ve been told that my order is either “out for delivery” or will “arrive today” yet as of June 8, I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve spoken to multiple customer service agents from Nike, and each time I’m given the same false reassurances: that my case is being prioritized and my order will arrive “today” or “tomorrow.” Not once has anyone followed up. I’ve had to initiate every single conversation myself, only to be met with the same empty promises.

As for Imile, I have been trying to contact them every single day via phone and their live chat, but it's impossible to get through. The system always says “all agents are busy,” and that has been the case since June 1. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding accountability.

To make matters worse, this delivery was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband on June 3,an occasion they completely ruined due to their negligence and lack of communication.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I feel completely deceived and disrespected. I will never trust Nike’s service or Imile again. The drivers are unprofessional, and the customer service shows zero urgency, reliability, or honesty.

absolutely shocking customer service

absolutely shocking customer service. I attempted to return some golf shoes that had a clear defect, only 7 days after receiving the order. Nike refused to collect because I did not have the original box (obviously, because I did not expect them to fall apart on the first use so I didn't save the box!) and since then I have gone back and forth with their customer service team about returning the shoes. They keep claiming it is with management to decide, then today they cancelled my return request. I have reported them to Dubai Consumer Affairs and will never be ordering a Nike product again.
