Extremely Disappointed with Nike and Imile Courier Service
I’ve been misled by both Nike and their courier partner, Imile, since June 1. Every day, I’ve been told that my order is either “out for delivery” or will “arrive today” yet as of June 8, I still haven’t received anything.
I’ve spoken to multiple customer service agents from Nike, and each time I’m given the same false reassurances: that my case is being prioritized and my order will arrive “today” or “tomorrow.” Not once has anyone followed up. I’ve had to initiate every single conversation myself, only to be met with the same empty promises.
As for Imile, I have been trying to contact them every single day via phone and their live chat, but it's impossible to get through. The system always says “all agents are busy,” and that has been the case since June 1. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding accountability.
To make matters worse, this delivery was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband on June 3,an occasion they completely ruined due to their negligence and lack of communication.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I feel completely deceived and disrespected. I will never trust Nike’s service or Imile again. The drivers are unprofessional, and the customer service shows zero urgency, reliability, or honesty.
