Ordered from Sun & Sand Sports expecting a smooth experience, but here’s what happened:
• Item arrived with no tags
• Tried to return → courier refused pickup (no tags)
• Customer service said ‘under investigation’
• It’s now been 5+ days with no resolution
I have a flight this week, and this situation is still unresolved.
Sharing this for awareness, always check your items immediately, especially for returns. Hoping this gets resolved ASAP

I recently made online order from SSS number AE03449411, after placing my order and everything is done I was surprised to receive a message the next day stating that the item I selected was out of stock, I was even more disappointed to see that the refund was processed without any prior contact or offering of alternative solutions despite the mistake originating from their end, even when I reached out to their customer service, the responses felt very robotic lacking any empathy towards my unfortunate experience, This has undoubtedly been the worst online purchase experience I have had, and never again

Disappointment return process
I purchased a pair of shoes from SSS’s online store in Dubai (Order No: AE03407959). Even though they were size 45, they felt uncomfortably tight and clearly didn’t fit. What made this more frustrating is that I’ve bought another pair from the same company in the exact same size before, and that one fit perfectly. On top of the sizing issue, the shoes also had an obvious manufacturing defect: the shoelace tip wouldn’t pass through the eyelet it was meant to go into, and the silicone-coated end kept getting stuck, deforming as I tried to push it through. Because of these issues, I requested a return for this pair and never wore them even once; I didn’t request a return for the other pair since it fit properly. When the courier arrived to collect the return, he spoke in a rude and disrespectful way and insisted the shoes had been worn. Being accused of trying to return used shoes was humiliating and completely unfair. He then refused to take the return and left. I will obviously never wear shoes that squeeze my feet like this, and at this point I will likely end up throwing them away. After this experience, I also deleted my SSS account because I no longer trust the service. If the topic ever comes up, I will warn my friends and followers not to shop from SSS, based on what I went through. I’m not writing this to pressure you into accepting the return; I’m writing it because I feel this experience needs to be shared.
Faulty Bike and Poor Customer Service
I ordered a Giant Bike for my 3 year old son for Christmas through their website. The bike arrived damaged with the pedals not rotating. They came to repair the item with out any success and have now had the bike for nearly 3 weeks without any feedback and no refund. Avoid using this company!

Horrible customer service and stressful returns
I ordered 600aed shoes, decided imediately to return and ordered another model as they were not fitting well. The guy came to take the shoes and left them at the door saying the box is damaged. Box had a tiny tear at the corner while opening, its a paper box. I spent 2 hours trying to reach them, horible customer service, imposible to reach. They put you under the long 20mins queue when you try to chat and if you try to complain you spend another 20mins convincing captcha that you are a human. Finaly they told me box is important, and not allow re -return.

After ordering i received an email that within 5-7 days my order will arrived so i was not expecting it that fast knowning a lot of bad reviews from them recently regarding the delivery schedule. I bought 2 expensive GIANT MTB's through SSS, and one arrived without pedals. The specification listed that the bike does come with pedals and upon registering my issue with them, they just send apologies without real action. This is exactly a week later and still no answer or action on how they plan to resolve my issue. I ended up buying pedals in order to use the bike. Rather go instore to a reputable dealer to ensure you get what you pay for.

I got my giant revolt 2 in October's 23 and used it a couple of times then i realized there is a flat on my tires usually this happens to a tube tire bikes but this bike is supposed to have a tubless tires as per the specifications of original giant one and their website

I recently purchased a Liverpool kit from your store at mall of the Emirates for 500 AED and requested that you print the number and name on it. Unfortunately, the printing was done poorly, making the kit look like a cheap 10 AED imitation. When I brought this to the attention of a salesperson, I was met with laughter, which I found unprofessional. The salesperson refused to offer a refund, stating that they would need to consult with management. I'm extremely disappointed with the service.

My experience with Sun & Sand Sports has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They delivered the wrong shoe size not once, but twice. After finally returning the item more than a week ago, I am still waiting for my refund, even though their own app states it should be processed within 1–2 days. I have now been struggling with them for over a month between wrong deliveries and refund delays. This level of service is unacceptable and has caused a lot of frustration and wasted time.

I have bought a Running shoe & short from DCC Sun & Sand Sports.
One of the Sales Person (Jose) guide me very well & explain about the offer, on spend of 1000Aed Plus & will get the Voucher. But he didn't inform me that offer is valid till 7th of September, while i am doing a purchasing on 6th of September.
After selection, I went to the Counter where the Lady Cashier said "Yes" ....no greetings or Hi at least, (Very Aggressive) i don't want to mention her name.. Management can found it on Invoice number.. Once i done the payment process, she shared the slip and i ask her where is the Voucher she replied wait.. (which is very rude to deal with the customers) She didn't inform me any thing about the Voucher that 7th is the last day of Promotion. Which is my mistake as well i haven't read the expiry date of Voucher.
I ask to the sale Person (Jose), who is just next to me on counter, till when i can use the Voucher, and he replied till this month end. I informed him i will visit next week, so he can assist me, & he confirmed.
I visit again on 13-sep-2025. where i have ask few sales persons about (Jose) no one gave me proper answer, So i went to the cash counter for the assistance the Gentleman Cashier refused as the Voucher date is expired on 7th already.
One Lady on Cash Counter she went to the Senior person on the store to assist me, i was following her as well, the Senior person refused as well, he can't do anything as its expired. I was watching him, he couldn't even bother to come and explain me.
Where i felt the Poor Customer Service start from the Seniors..
I am not expecting some will assist me to get my Voucher back, But they can improve the service, Miscommunications, errors are happen in operations that's why we have superiors to solves this, Else there is not difference between staff and Seniors..

Defective Product
I bought a pair of leggings online and received a defective item. I reported the issue with photos showing defect just one week after delivery, but they refused to accept the return. Very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of proper product inspection. Will not be ordering again.
