Although the actual supplements I ordered had sold out, NineLife was so quick, and helpful getting me the same supplement, just from a different name brand. Shipping was fast, and again, the follow up email, and overall customer service was great!

Product is as described, ordering is easy. Some improvement in delivery time would be helpful. Customer service and enquiry response was excellent.

Easy ordering and great pricing. The only downside was the shipping time — it took 15 days to receive my order, even though both the item and I are located in North America.

Was able to order this item from Canada and Canadian company. Can only find this at surgeons office in Ontario. Came fairly quickly from Vancouver. Price was better then doctors office. First time ordering from here and was happy.

This company is a scam. I cannot believe I never read the reviews where there were very clear warnings. While I did receive the product - but only 1 carton of Edensoy milk for over $90. I stupidly assumed I was getting 6 cartons. I am very embarrassed. PLEASE do not fall prey to this company.

I ordered hard to find products from this NineLife Canada. They did not provide a ship date (or even a shipping window) and no invoice. After a few days, I asked for a ship date and got a form reply with no answer. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I got a vague shipping window. I got tired of waiting, looked harder for other sources and found out NineLife was charging 400 % more than a competitor for a similar item. I asked for my order to be cancelled. They shipped the product within hours of my cancellation request. I asked for them to contact the shipper and have the package returned to origin and they refused. Be warned this company practices price gouging and has terrible customer service.

Found it very long to wait for the order to come, and it was very expensive (I am a retired senior on a low income), Hoping this will help with the concerning sinus issues I've had (mucous and phlegm chocking me when I lay down in bed), It only goes away when I am asleep.

Wonderful customer service! They dealt with my shipping issues immediately and used another shipping company. When my parcel went missing, immediately they sent my order again at no cost. Not many companies would deal with this matter immediately like they did. They listened to my issues and rectified the situation by investigating and because of it I'm a happy customer!
