I bought two one piece figures and it came within Three weeks and they were Perfect. Im so happy

I paid an instock order on October 2023 and waited for it to be shipped out. I inquired about it in November and I did not get a response. Finally yesterday I said to ship it out or I will have to chargeback and they immediately cancelled my order and sent a refund. I do not recommend this site.

Ho comprato un action figure disponibile praticamente solo in Giappone, prezzo perfetto ( 23.000 yen (circa 145€) comparato ai 250/300€ su cui lo trovavo vicino a me), la consegna secondo me per essere arrivato dal Giappone è stata anche abbastanza veloce, inoltre l assistenza di Ninoma è stata molto cordiale e risponde in fretta 👌👌

I've been using Ninoma for over a year now and they never fail in anything! This is by far my favourite place to order from! Their site is very easy to use, I'm happy with their prices and their customer service is always extremely helpful whenever I've had questions or need of some assistance. I'll always prefer to use Ninoma to other websites ♥ I have over 20 figures from there and they've all arrived in perfect condition, both the figure and the box. Thank you for all your hard work and remember you're the best! ♥

I've orderd from here a lot and haven't experienced any issues so far (apart from a slightly dented box once, figurine inside was completely fine). Pricing is very good and shipping is also quite affordable. Can highly recommend for pre-orders, since this shop usually has stock much quicker than my local webshops.

J'ai eu peur au début car peu d'avis, mais le site est magnifique et les prix peuvent être attractifs ! Vous pouvez trouver de tout dans ce site c'est ce qui est cool ! Le frais de port restent cher mais c'est le prix comme partout lorsqu'on veut commander au Japon (je ne dis pas non à des offres sur les frais de port xD). J'ai reçu ma commande rapidement et pas d'encombres car mes boîtes étaient en parfait état !
Sinon un grand merci à l'équipe de Ninoma car ils ont bien répondu à mes attentes comme dit (en plus d'être réactifs) et à mes questions ! Trop heureuse d'avoir reçu ma première commande, vous êtes formidables, continuez comme cela :D ! Je recommanderai quand je pourrais haha

I have ordered from Ninoma twice now, with delivery to Europe. Both times all came safely, with no damage to product and packaging, and within specified delivery time. Delivery takes quite some time but it's clearly specified on the site, so it was no surprise.

Website is comfortable to use, and selection of figures is very nice! Everything I ordered looks great
I think prices are reasonable as well.

During my latest order I noticed a new figure available after I placed an order, and support team very quickly and kindly helped me with updating an order and provided info on expected availability of other products.

When I had one of the figures delivered with a defect from manufacturer side, I had a very nice experience with support team again navigating me to the info from manufacturer about replacement (and I got replacement from the manufacturer very quickly as well).

Overall very positive experience of ordering and communication with support team.

Will definitely order again!

I really like Ninoma, only recently got into collecting figures but I like the competitive prices they have plus they used to carry a lot of figures that were a little harder to track down including scales and prizes.

Plus their customer service seems really good, had some figures delayed due to the Covid - shipping issues in Japan, had initially paid to have them shipped via the equivalent of EMS (10 days) but because they were delayed. I was prepared to not see them for months. Reached out to Ninoma for what options I had, and they were pretty quick to respond within 3 working days they offered to send the figures free of charge via DHL or offer a full refund. Ended up getting the figures via DHL, the figures were genuine and really well wrapped and protected.

Note have only ordered in stock figures, and these too were all delivered well wrapped and promptly within the delivery frame so not sure how they are on pre orders- will update review if ever do a pre order with them.

Did notice though that they had a HUGE clearout of a lot of stock so half my wishlist went to out of stock over the last month, they do have some preorders up for some upcoming figures, so not sure what's going on behind the scene, but hope all is well!

Absolutely top service. Ordered 2 figures on e-packet Japan Post. Having received a tracking number after about a week I saw it being returned to sender. I inquired through their email service and received a response almost immediately. Unfortunately due to the Ukraine Conflict all air post had been stopped. they apologised and offered a refund or to wait to arrange new shipping once it had arrived back with them. I opted for the latter, during this I kept regular contact to ascertain the status to which I received responses no longer than 24 hours after my message often in under an hour. Then upon receiving the package they sent it back on DHL Express and it arrived 3 days after i got this notification! The figures are excellent and I am very happy to recommend them as not only a good source of figures and models but excellent customer service.

Es ist mein bevorzugter Shop für Animefiguren, da die Preise gut sind, das Paket vergleichsweise schnell ankommt und man dort auch Figuren findet, die andere Händler nicht im Sortiment haben.

Bought a figure & after my unboxing i saw that they’ve bubble wrapped AND wrapped the figure’s packaging in a film to keep it in mint condition! shipping took 2 weeks which is understandable considering customs from Japan.

Ordered my figure about end of February, about 2 days later I got a tracking number and a shipping confirmation then had little to no updates for a good 2 weeks until it finally got delivered. Everything came in pristine condition and I paid same price as MSRP for a figure that was practically out of stock or sold at outrageous 3rd party prices elsewhere. Very underground website that absolutely saved me.

Produits officiels venant du japon. Faites bien attention votre colis sera contrôlé à la douane et vous devrez payé la TVA de vos produits et des frais de dossier pour pouvoir récupérer votre colis. Une procédure qui peut parfois être plus compliquée que prévue. Mais ça n'a rien à voir avec le vendeur.
Par contre les prix des produits du site varient très souvent. Normalement quotidiennement pour coller à l'offre et la demande. Mais dans certains cas, comme le mien, il suffit de rafraîchir le panier pour voir le prix des produits augmenter à chaque rafraîchissement de la page pour revenir au prix normal le lendemain (montrant bien que la hausse du prix n'est pas justifiée). J'ai essayé d'avoir une explication et après des échanges très longs (le SAV essaie de temporiser un maximum pour que vous abandonniez) on m'a dit que les changements de prix venait d'un outil qui pouvait parfois avoir un comportement imprévu. Donc ils avouent que ces changements de prix sont injustifiés mais toujours pas possible de se faire rembourser la différence et le support ne répond plus à mss questions.
Faites donc très attention, vous pouvez payés plus cher sans raison. Pas très honnête.

Short review: ninoma is a great hidden gem that often has stock when other shops have sold out. Their prices are pretty competitive so you'll definitely find a good price on certain things. No problems with 3 orders so far.

My first order was for a rare figure (Future boy Conan) which was not available on the big named import shops like amiami, hlj, plazajapan. Any websites offering the same figure had prices reflecting the scarcity of it, which was often outrageous prices. So it was to my surprise that ninoma had the figure available, and at a little under retail price as well! I figured it was worth testing them out, and I can say I was very happy with my experience.

Since they're still a little unknown in the community, you'll find they have stock at decent prices when the big names do not. And that's primarily why I use ninoma. If I miss the preorder period on a item, I will often find it is still available here when the big names have closed their preorders, perhaps owing to the fact they're still a little unknown. Either way, they still have items available (either in stock or preorders) and they're still at retail price or lower. It's a no brainer ordering from them if you don't want to risk waiting for the release date and buying when in stock.

It's also not to say they're just a good backup plan, they also offer great prices on the things I'm into. As of writing, the sentinel miles morales re-issue for example is cheaper by far than the other import shops. I haven't bought anything that was either not at retail price or cheaper, and quite often it is cheaper (hence why I made my order)

I can't say much on customer service since I haven't had anything go wrong yet so I will have to update if that ever happens.

Site clair et précis, j'avais passé une commande avec une livraison de 2-3 mois et mon colis est arrivé au bout de 3 mois. Figurine officiel, site fiable et communication rapide.

The figures are a good price and the shipping is good but it does take a while but thats not their vault

I ordered a figure and paid a bit extra for the fast delivery which was supposed to be a couple of days. A few weeks and an e-mail later it arrived (good quality) Covid probably slowed it down a bit but still seems like a bit long

Great customer service, high quality figure! Will be ordering from them again :)
