I absolutely love ordering from Ninoma! So far I have made nothing but amazing experiences with them. Their prices are usually very good (although the after market prices can be really high) and the shipping fees are affordable as well, so even though I am ordering from a non EU country it still ends up being cheaper than ordering from a local shop. The customer service is helpful and quick to reply (usually within one or two days). All of my orders have been packaged well. Definitely one of my favorite shops to order from!

I ordered 3 figures from this site. One of them got refunded, as Ninoma told me there was a mistake on the site. No problem about refunds, everything was fast and explained really well. Two figures I bought from this site were in perfect condition, both box and figure itself. I am very happy I found Ninoma and I will definitelly order more figures in the future.
Today I received my figure. It took literaly 1 month (I ordered on 17th of Jan), but I can understand it, as it's pandemic world we live in right now. I am very satisfied with what I got, and the prices are not too high. There are some figures that are too expensive for me to buy, but I hope they will be cheaper in the future.

Ordered here because another site took too long on pre-order status. Ninoma took 3 days to ship and arrived within 2 weeks (from Japan to Canada) which is fast considering the Pandemic and all the way across the world. My package arrived flawlessly and boxes were in good condition. Very happy with my statue. Prices are abit expensive, but you pay for what you buy. Would recommend!

Eu tenho comprado bonecos Nendoroids e tem vindo bem embalados em perfeito estado. O envio tem sido rápido, embora haja demora no trajeto, mas não é culpa da loja. O melhor é os preços serem honestos e os produtos serem originais.
