Great Service

Product arrived in good condition and I was happy to find a NZ shop that can still provide body shop products

10 weeks and still waiting

I’ve ordered a $70 mirror for Mother’s Day on 15th of May and I still haven’t received anything and it’s been two months and a half. It took them a few weeks to ship it and then it somehow got lost and it took them one month before shipping it again. I am still waiting for my product if I ever receive it.

My order has not been delivered

I ordered and paid for nail clippers on 11 June 2025. I received email confirmation and tracking details of shipment. The shipment has not arrived. I emailed Ninth Avenue on 1 July and there was no response. I then rang the telephone contact and found the number is not in service. It appears I have been scammed.

Not UK products and repeat payment set up

I bought from here believing products were UK based only to find what I bought was being shipped from USA. The tracking showed no progress after 4 days and the customer service email I received when querying this was no help whatsoever.
Maybe just unlucky but very misleading and wont buy again.
Still waiting for item to progress after nearly a week and no real service to me as a customer.Also now found they have set my payment up as recurring so bank alerted to block.
