Excellent cocktails, purchased a whisky collection for my Husbands Birthday, he absolutely loves them, as someone who enjoys a whisky sour this was as a good as it gets! Perfect ☺️

Great choice of home delivered cocktails that taste and serve like they were made for you by a professional in your very own home!! Literally shake and pour over ice in your favourite glass and simply enjoy!

These NIO cocktails are absolutely perfect for an authentic cocktail experience at home. They are so tasty and simple to prepare. They also make great gifts. Tisha was fabulous and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!!!

Had these cocktails before and they’re delicious so I ordered a box of cocktails as a birthday gift but unfortunately the box arrived damaged after the courier company rammed it through the letter box. Emailed Customer Service who were fantastic to deal with and promptly sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service throughout.

I received a damaged delivery with 3 of the 6 drinks affected. I provided evidence to NiIO and received a replacement delivery within 3 days. An excellent response.

They were really helpful when my order got lost and attended me even on the weekend. Great service and really good drinks!

Ordered as a gift and there was some issues over delivery (Royal Mail didn't deliver!) NIO customer care were incredibly helpful and went over and above to sort out the problem.
This is customer care that some other companies could really learn from. Because they managed to turn a negative into a positive, NIO will now be the first company I think of when needing to send a gift.
Five stars - no hesitation to reccommend.

Initially one of the box of 6 cocktails were damaged and leaked into the box. This was disappointing so I contacted NIO as advised by the courier. They couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. Replacements were sent immediately followed up by email to ensure I was entirely happy with the service. The cocktails are great too!!

Evri lost my NIO parcel and were their usual useless selves. I got in touch with NIO and they arranged an immediate replacement with next day delivery, so thanks and well done NIO for providing excellent customer services.

I’m told they will be switching to alternative delivery methods

Bought the advent calendar for my daughter. Two of each cocktail so great to share. Good quality cocktails, nicely packaged. Thoroughly recommend

Initially disappointed, rectified by 2nd delivery.

Previously, I’ve had great service from NIO, but after ordering 2 x party boxes on the weekend & received 1 Monday (v quick).

Issue is order states fulfilled (I’m still awaiting the 2nd box), Evri tracking states delivered & there is no response to email, contact us or chat. There is no CS phone number.

2nd box now delivered (although no contact from NIO) so I’m now happy, despite lack of information when I received the 1st box yesterday.

The cocktails are great but customer service is sadly lacking, which really lets them down

I’ve always had a good experience, cause The cocktails are so tasty! On this occasion, I had an issue with the courier delivering the cocktails and as soon as I contacted NIO, Tisha was super helpful and arranged redelivery straightaway!

Stunning service. I’ve bought quite a few times from them and the latest time Evri banjaxed the box. However, Nio were on it and rescued the gift I bought I for my cousin. Will definitely keep ordering. Thank you, Tisha and Lucia!

I would highly recommend NIO Cocktails. They are delicious, a real weekend treat and taste as good as cocktails in a bar. My personal favourite is the gin sour. The customer service is also excellent.
