Het proces was zeer simpel om een rijbewijs aan te vragen. We hebben 2 vertalingen aangevraagd van Belgische rijbewijzen waarbij we geluisterd hebben naar de aanbevelingen om rijbewijs in te scannen. Het is duidelijk geformuleerd en niet complex om in te dienen. Erachter kreeg ik via e-mail telkens updates van goede ontvangst, dat de aanvraag correct was ingediend, dat het in proces was om te vertalen, dat het vertaald was, dat het verzonden was, en was sneller dan termijn op de website thuis geleverd vanuit Japan. Kortom, helemaal aan te raden om deze website te gebruiken.

Service efficace et rapide à un tarif raisonnable pour obtenir la traduction de son permis. L'information est constante et on suit ainsi sans stress l'avancée de la prestation jusqu'à la livraison en mains propres.

Alles werd prima geregeld. Je krijgt bij elke stap een duidelijk overzicht per mail. De levertijd werd gerespecteerd. Ik ben zeer tevreden.

Unfortunately, my experience with Nippon Driver was disappointing. I was unable to obtain my driving license translation in time, which meant I lost my car rental deposit and could not rent a car during my stay in Japan.

The process has several pitfalls: the printing code is valid for only a short time, the translation must be printed exclusively at a 7/11 in Japan, and it can only be printed once(!!!), something that was not mentioned. Combined with the holiday season and the limited working hours of JAF, my case could not be processed in time.

The customer service was very responsive, but, in hindsight, they could offer little assistance in resolving the issue because everything was pending on the JAF. I might as well have worked directly with JAF once I arrived in Japan.

Solution très simple pour avoir la traduction du permis français. Nippondriver nous a guidé parfaitement pour les documents, nous a renvoyé un lien à l’approche de notre arrivée au Japon. Dans le premier 7/11 nous avons tout simplement imprimé le document !
Merci beaucoup, cela a été très rapide, nous avons sélectionné l’option «express » quelques jours avant notre départ et nous avons reçu le lien à temps !

Dommage que la JAF se soit trompée sur l’orthographe de mon nom ce qui nous a obligé à recommencer la procédure et obtenir le précieux sesame la veille seulement de la prise de la voiture et trois jours après mon arrivée mon arrivée au Japon. Je ne saurai trop conseiller de s ´ y prendre 6 semaines à l’avance

We huurden een tijdens onze voorbije reis naar Japan 3 keer een auto (Osaka/Kyoto - Hokkaido - Tokio en Japanse Alpen). We betaalden een vertaling van het rijbewijs voor 2 chauffeurs omwille van de veiligheid.
In Osaka/Kyoto kregen we probleemloos de wagen mee op vertoon van ons vertaald rijbewijs dat we bij 7/11 lieten afprinten. Op Hokkaido weigerde men mij met e wagen te laten rijden omdat ik mijn Belgisch rijbewijs niet bij me had!! Een lelijke streep hoorde rekening. Nochtans staat op uw website: "Your Belgian driver’s license will be fully recognized in Japan with our JAF-certified translation – it’s the only document you need to legally drive during your trip". NIET DUS!!! In Tokyo kregen we dan weer wel probleemloos de wagen mee voor 2 chauffeurs. Ik betaalde wel bijna 90€ om 3 weken te kunnen rijden, maar heb dat dus een deel van onze vakantie niet kunnen doen.
