Missed Christmas
The communication and follow up from Nirvana has been good, however we have not yet received item purchased. We missed getting it for Christmas and although it was a late purchase hoped we would have received it in time which was disappointing. Thought a week for domestic post was enough. Now 12 days aand still nothing.

Super past processing time and delivery of order (placed order on a Sunday and received item 2 days later) fantastic quality of both kettlebells we purchased! Cost of delivery was very impressive due to weight of items.

Unbelievable service
Unbelievable service! I ordered my power rack on a Monday, received it on the Friday of the same week and did my first workout with it that Saturday. Highly recommend these guys. Already have and will in the future purchase from them again.

Very accommodating
After ordering the wrong size, I rang up and Nirvana were very pleasant and happy to change and refund the difference to me, even though I didn't ask.
Delivery was extremely quick and the goods look great.

Good product, works as advertised
Product was delivered in a timely manner and works as advertised. I like hyper-extension benches with a plate as you can focus on driving your feet/big toe into the plate. The only detractor for me is that I have fastened all sections of the equipment soundly and it can still sometimes be a bit rickety, I fluctuate between 105-115kgs and am 193cm tall so it could also come down to that.
The instructions left a little to be desired but I built it in about an hour and a bit with an adjustable spanner and socket wrench set.

Gripper machine
Full stars for the gym, how ever my inner tubing of the gym was not cleaned out so when i brought the gym inside and moved the frames, millions of balls from welding slag fell out. wasnt very fun to clean up. But not worth giving a bad review over we are all human 👍 happy with the purchase. (Tip for young players open outside 😂)

Customer service was good as well as delivery. However the back extension I bought was unstable and rickety. I would not recommend this product.
