I irdered 2 blood sugar monitors. After 14 days still nothing. No i have to order again from someone else.

They sent whitening serum not the tan capsules. They refused any refund unless the item they wrongly sent was returned to their warehouse in china at my own expense(£40)and still no guarantee they will refund.
I think they are scammers because they have lied about the guarantee of no questions asked money back guarantee,and i have read many others that have been sent the wrong goods and treated appaulingly as i have, all not recieved any offer of refund.
Terrible company,everyone needs to steer clear, the reviews of satisfied customers are also false.

Like another customer I wanted tan tablets and they sent whitening skin capsules. Now claim no longer available and offer me 20% refund. I am still emailing asking for full refund and they are now ignoring my emails. They are still advertising the product on Instagram. I will contact bank and get refund that way. Total scammers.

How this company can still be in business! They sent me a random product that I didn't order. Then offer me a 25% refund. Also, I would need to send it back to China. This company is a total scam!!

I should really have known better, I suppose... A pain free way to keep tabs on my sugar levels..!

It was necessary to chase up the order to be advised that the items were still in China... However, as if they wait for you to call them, the item arrived the next day.

The item looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. Neither did it have any weight, it had NO built in L-Ion batt either. The description runs along the gambit of, 'If you need to check bloods for diabetes purposes, this item will display your pulse.'

My options now are, either to accept a new item, which would be the same one, or accept a 20% refund. Any physical postage to China would be at my expense.

Steer clear, Folks. They also use 'PRC' as country of origin, to attempt to knock you off of the scent.

Definitely scammers ,they send wrong item then say the one you ordered is not available.
Do not use them ai am contacting the Trading standards to see what the can do also my Bank .

I ordered some tanning tablets and was sent skin lightening tablets which were delivered to the wrong address, I was told to keep the product they sent and to pick something else from their website as there is nothing else I want I have asked for the third time for a full refund.

They send wrong goods then don't do a full refund. Left with over expensive poor quality not wanted goods.
Con merchants and scammers.
