Fantastic service again from this company. Not only do they have a wide range of products they have a great customer service team who are solution driven rather than problem finders. I had an issue with a delivery and needed replacements which they were onto straight away and I received so I could complete the work without any delay. Thankyou for your help

Paid £12 for postage and then when I…
Paid £12 for postage and then when I had to return the ceiling rose had to pay another £10 !! Sourced an alternative with free delivery and it has now been fitted, won’t be using NMC again, wouldn’t have bought anything if I had known the returns policy beforehand .

A full paragraph detailing the returns policy is available on the website as well as the carriage charges if your order is under £100, we cannot be held responsible if you don’t read this or if you don’t read the measurements properly to ensure that the rose will fit.
As for service, the rose was delivered the next working day and a full refund was processed the same day it was received back with us.

Great customer service
Prompt delivery unfortunately wrong item in box. This was rapidly resolved and lots of options provided on rectification. Staff were very apologetic and helpful. Received replacement in no time at all and a gesture of good will. Easily done with all the variations they have. Previous orders have all been faultless.

Online purchase was hassle free. Customer service is excellent, I received a call to inform me that they were awaiting delivery from Belgium, then a call the week after to say the product would be delivered to me on a certain day. True to their word it arrived on time. The lady I spoke to on both occasions was very nice. Product is amazing, well packaged and damage free.
