Nok Air 

I would rate 0 star if I could.
NokAir cancelled my trip that I have booked from Chengdu to Phuket. It's ok, * happens. but they have been holding my payment for more than one month. Every time when I reached out to them, they only replied 'Still in process'. For now, I still have not got my money back. What kind of a company that is? You totally lost my trust in you. I would never consider your airline anymore no matter how cheap you are!

Extrem unfreundlicher service. Hatten uns für überhepäck das doppelte vom flugpreis verrechnet. Das wäre ja das einte, aber auch die art wie mit uns umgeaprungen wurde war definitiv max ein stern wert. Nie wieder!

Worst company i have ever used. Terrible. Do not purchase flights with them. I bought two tickets from Bangkok to Chian Mai in January this year. They cancelled the flight and i am still fighting to be refunded. After four months and many emails and phone calls to Booking Gotogate and Nok Air i managed to get some hundred something euros back but i paid 165. I am still fighting for the 50+ eurod difference. It is incredible that these companies are allowed to operate in the net. Last time Nok Air, last time Booking Gotogate. Shameless. Terrible companies. Do not book flights with them. Manuel

Horrible expérience avec cette compagnie que je vous déconseille fortement !!!
Nos vols (Bangkok- Phuket et Phuket- Bangkok) ont été retardé de plus de 2h sans aucune information au préalable. Alors que pour le vol retour, la compagnie était au courant la veille d'après les informations de l'agent au comptoir d'enregistrement!!! De plus, ils ne vous proposent aucune proposition de compensation. Nous avons dû aller nous plaindre au comptoir de la compagnie et tout ce que nous avons eu c'est un bon de 150 thb pour aller au subway de l'aéroport. Inadmissible !!! Surtout quand vous êtes en vacances et que vous avez autre chose à faire que déambuler dans un aéroport. Le pire c'est que nous avions pris l'option Nok air max et n'avons jamais eu le traitement prioritaire ni à l'aller ni au retour que ce soit pour l'enregistrement ou l'embarquement !

Innerhalb von 4 Tagen, wurden 3 Innlandsflüge gecancelt bzw verschoben, ohne Angabe von Gründen. Desweiteren ist 1 Flug zur gebuchten Zeit gestartet , aber ohne mich, da dieser für mich gecancelt wurde. Es wurden nicht mal Alternativen angeboten, geschweige denn eine Entschuldigung. Ich musste mich selber darum kümmern und umbuchen, ohne Umbuchungsgebühr , was ja wohl zu erwarten ist. Ich kann nur jedem abraten bei dieser Airline zu buchen, es ist ein Risiko

One of my flights were cancelled (Bangkok-Phitsanulok) and I am battling since several weeks to get my money back Several e-mails and they never sent proof that they refunded the money

Also the 2nd part of my flight was delayed for almost 4 hrs

Always delayed, no information about delays even the screens on the airport get not updated with the delays. If your plane come or not come you can look on apps like flightradar. I live in thailand and fly every week, IM sure Nok air is thailands low cost carrier with the most delays

All flights delayed long wait time. Bad information. Flights been changed without notice.

Unsere drei Inlandsflüge wurden 5 mal verschoben und 3 mal abgesagt. Darauf hin haben wir alle Flüge rechtzeitig storniert. Wie es uns auch angeboten wurde. Da war im Januar 2024. Bis heute keine Rückerstattung oder irgendwelche Resonanz von Nok Air. 400Euro sind dahin. Also wenn möglich Hände weg von Nok Air.

Nok is another Spirit Air - they’d charge for oxygen if they could! In a place where backpackers are the norm, they’ve decided to charge people for the weight of their carryons!! I won’t EVER give them my money again. You get 7kg for your carryon and then you paid $1200 Thb for every 20kg after that. My family of 6 is traveling Thailand so we all took backpacks that would be free carryons on all other airlines. The over weight charges cost me as much as the “cheap” tickets. Spend your money with a different airline.

Still waiting for my refund of £141 after 45 working days.

Now I discover this airline is actually bankrupt and shouldn't be illegal for them to sell tickets if they can't provide actually provide the service they are selling.

Never book NOK airlines!!

I paid 1200 tab for 2 kilo extra on a bag. I will never fly with this company ever again.

We booked 2 flights about a half year in advance. Every month they cancel scheduled flights again and again. Even within one month before departure. It is not just rescheduling but just canceling destinations.

Two flights. Two delays. No postings on boarding times. No employees to speak with. Not worth the cheap flights. Feel sorry for the flight attendants. Hope they can get a better airline to work for.

My flight with NOK airlines was cancelled by the airline I asked for a refund, then the return flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok was rescheduled which did not suit me again I asked for a refund. This was 14/11/23 and return 16/11/23. Now end of December 23 I have no refund even I contacted airline several times. A total stuff up, never book NOK again.

Ich hatte für meinen Thailand Urlaub 3 Inlandsflüge mit Nok Air geplant.
Kein einziger davon fand planmäßig statt.
1 wurde komplett gestrichen. Dabei wurde mir eine Alternative angeboten mit der ich meinen Anschlussflug (auch Nok Air) verpasst hätte.
Ein Flug wurde um zwei Stunden verschoben und der dritte Flug wurde eine Stunde verschoben und von Thai Air Asia durchgeführt.
Allerdings stand dies nicht in der Mitteilung der Änderung. Deshalb standen wir erstmal 20 Minuten bei Nok Air an um dann zu erfahren, daß wir zu Thai Air Asia müssen!
Am Tag vorher hatte ich mich noch bei Nok Air gemeldet weil der online Check in nicht funktionierte. Da hieß es ja durch die Verlegung geht der Online Check in nicht. Da hätte man mich aber sicher auch gleich informieren können das Nok selber gar nicht fliegt.
Bei Thai Air Asia standen wir also nochmal 25 Minuten und hatten Angst den Anschlussflug zu verpassen.
Das bezahlte Geld für die gestrichenen Flüge habe ich nach 3 Monaten und nach unzähligen englischen Emails zurückerhalten.
Das rechtfertigt den einen Stern.
Die Flieger sind für Inlandsflüge ok, halt recht eng bestuhlt und einfachst ausgestattet.
Eher Reisebus Feeling, Aber es geht ja nur um Kurzstrecken.

I had a canceled flight to Phuket, then it was postponed and canceled again. I asked for a refund for the ticket. Unfortunately, there is no confirmation from the company. I did not receive a refund for the ticket

Booked 5 tickets to Phuket return from Bangkok, Nok Air cancelled the flight to Phuket so rearranged a different time and once again cancelled the rearranged flight.
Less than 48hrs before departure to Phuket Nok Air cancelled my return flight.
Will certainly book with Air Asia next time.
