asked three times for a flight in the…

asked three times for a flight in the evening .... they booked a flight in the morning. They can not understand well English in Thailand.... They say all the times yes, yes, yes.... but don't understand a word from what you say... What you want if they got payed 10.000 baht / month.... Avoid this company !!!!

Consulted a nok air agent before I made…

Consulted a nok air agent before I made my booking. The agent assured my that there were no weight limits for having a dog as bagage. I even informed them that my dog and its crate weighed 36 KG. When I was about to check in I was informed there was a 30 KG limit so they turned me away.

2 months later they have not responded to 3 emails and is now blocking the option to send emails via their contact formula on their website when the sender is on a Danish IP...

terrible

every time have bog problem. out speak notthink delay the fligth 3 hours . to attive on time in don muang i weak up 5.00 a m the plane start maybe 11.00 am. but every time same problem. Nok air is the worst company i try in my life. I hope close soon.

I am writing this feedback to express…

I am writing this feedback to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had while dealing with your airline. I recently traveled from HYD (Hyderabad) and wanted to share my concerns regarding the service provided at the airport. 

Firstly, it was frustrating to learn that Nok Air did not have its own dedicated team in Hyderabad. Instead, the airline outsourced the handling of customers to AirIndia crew members. This created confusion and made it difficult to receive proper support and assistance. 

The AirIndia crew members at the airport seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They appeared lazy and materialistic, showing a lack of concern for the passengers. Their attitude reflected a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service. 

Furthermore, I was taken aback by the behavior of your staff members during the check-in process. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed more focused on collecting passport information and getting passengers to sign off quickly, without addressing any concerns or providing the necessary information. 

As a customer, I expected better treatment and assistance from the airline staff, especially in situations where guidance and support are crucial. The lack of empathy and care displayed by the staff members was disheartening and left a negative impression of Nok Air. 

I believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any airline, and it is essential to provide a seamless and pleasant travel experience. I hope that Nok Air takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate measures to improve customer service at all touchpoints. 

I appreciate the opportunity to share my feedback and hope that it will contribute to the overall enhancement of customer experience within your airline. I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and work towards providing a better travel experience for your customers.

Do Chargeback to get refund

NokAir wants 45 working days excluding weekends and national holidays to process refunds for cancelled flights. This is too long time. Contact your bank for a chargeback like I did which will cause damage to NokAir. This is the only way they learn. It did not take me 45 working days to pay for the tickets they cancelled and so it should not take them 45 working days to issue the refund. Scam company. Use AirAsia instead.

They cancelled our flight mid december…

They cancelled our flight mid december 2022, and we were supposed to get a refund after maximum 45 working days. Now at the end of march we still haven't heard from them. They don't respond to emails or us writing directly to their support online.

Really bad experience

Zero stars...

Really bad experience. My flight was cancelled from Bangkok to Buriram (21/11-2022). Subsequently, I was promised a full refund, which would be done within 45 working days - this never happened. I have several times contacted NOK air, and several times been promised that the money will be refunded (within 45 days again...), but it has not happened yet....

Where is my refund??

Zero stars would be more appropriate. NOK air cancelled a flight in early December, I asked for a refund and was told it would be processed within 45 days. Several e-mail contacts later, and now, March 13th, still no money. I tried writing again but now the e-mail address no longer works! What a scam.

This flight was cancelled by Nok Air on…December 3rd 2022.

This flight was cancelled by Nok Air on December 3rd 2023. I opted for a full refund & was advised that the process had begun Dec 6th & would take 45 business days to appear back in my account. Today March 15th I have it back after multiple times contacting Nok Air & my Thai bank SCB. Nok Air excuse was that they had paid it but it had not gone through. I personally think that they use so many excuses hoping that finally you give up, I do not give up. So if they owe you please persist.....if you paid by card you have a better chance. Disgraceful management unfortunately because on another flight I had to commend the airline staff lol..

Bunch of crooks

Bunch of crooks. Watch out for this scam. Changed my flight to a different date, which was confirmed on screen. When I arrived they said there was no record of the change and would not let me board or buy another ticket for the same day. Always take a screen shot so they can’t scam you so easily

Vulgar thieves without dignity

I asked to be refunded for 3, August 2020, round trip Bangkok-Phuket flights, canceled by this company of thieves due to Covid, till now without any results. They only offered a voucher, which I declined. After 3 years still waiting for my money. Now they no longer respond to my requests. I wish these thieves to spend my money on medicine.

The crew was friendly and…

The crew was friendly and accommodating. The website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. No way to contact customer service. Checked in a day before flight from bkk to chang mai and picked seats. Upon arriving at ticket counter to check in they had no record of our assigned seats. Security at don mueang was a breeze, carry on baggage wasn't a hassle and my motorcycle helmet was not a problem as a carry on.

No refund from this bunch of crooks

This bunch of crooks cancelled my flight from Phuket to Bangkok about a month before we were due to fly on 31 December 2022.
I applied for a refund which they said they would process within a ridiculous 45 days.
45 days is long gone and I have received nothing and they are ignoring my e-mails.
I am now pursuing a claim through Visa.
Do not fly with this shambles of an airline.

Jeg har bestilt en flyrejse fra Bangkok til Yangon med Nok air den 20 januar 2022 kl.20.30, men afgangen blev aflyst, og jeg har bedt om at få mine penge tilbage, det er nu 2 måneder siden, og de sagde der vil gå 45 dage, hvorfor der skal gå så lang tid ved jeg ikke , når jeg bestiller trækker de pengen med det samme, dette er ikke rimeligt, og dårlig service. Abzocke am Check in

Abzocke am Check in. Zubuchung aufgabegepäck war online nicht möglich und am Counter wurden wir abgezogen. Scheint ein Geschäftsmodell zu sein. Gepäck war teurer als Flug. NIE WIEDER!!

staff were kind and helpfull pilot did great job .

the staff were kind and very helpfull smiling as happy crew is a good crew people are happy on board pilot was excellent slight delay on arrival waiting for ramp to unload customers all done with professionals the pilot told us a slight delay on after landingwaiting for ramp to dissembark all service was excellent and done very well i was impressed withthe staff they all friendly and nice makes people more comforable very happy with nko air i will fly again with them 5 stars nok air good job ..
