Quick Assessment, false advertising Titration.

My assessment with Care ADHD/Noodle on 7 May was quick and the diagnosis letter followed within a week. My titration request was acknowledged on 15 May. The forms weren't sent to me until 24 September, which is 20 weeks after my assessment and 19 weeks after my request was acknowledged.
I chose Care ADHD partly because of the short wait times listed for Right to Choose providers at the time - 4-8 weeks to begin titration. I have since been told the wait starts once forms are completed. Even if that was stated somewhere, nothing made clear the forms could take months to arrive. The estimated processing time on their website kept changing until eventually they removed the estimate entirely. Your website now says titration starts within 3 months of forms being received, which for me means around Christmas Eve, more than 7 months after my diagnosis.
I've been left feeling as though I've been forgotten about, and that I've been missold on false promises. The uncertainty is very difficult to sit with, and my symptoms are deteriorating whilst still waiting.

From the start of my journey from being…

From the start of my journey from being diagnosed with ADHD, your team have been helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely supportive. Each step of the way I’ve been supported and valued and the medication I received has been life changing in such a positive way. Thank you to all the team kindest regards, Michael.

Long wait

I don’t know why everyone else seems to be getting this impeccable service of a small wait time, I’ve waited 4 months to hear back about tritiation, making the process 7 months due to the 3 month wait time for diagnosis. I sent emails with no response, so opted for the chatbot who just gave me the response of waiting potentially 9 months!? (for the record I’ve been waiting since July and it’s November)I’m going through this process because my symptoms have significantly worsened over the course of my life and I’m trying to have a fighting chance in getting an education but by the time they will respond I would be graduating (lets see if i even make it). It’s pretty useless, and now they’ve changed to noodle and have made me redo the whole tritiation process which makes me believe they’ve lost my information. Disappointing. If I am mistaken I would love a response as the information given even says that the wait times for each step should be 3 months at the lengthiest.

Still awaiting medication over a year later

Had my assessment sept 2025, that was great but then I received my report back that had clearly been mixed in with someone else’s report had things on there that were in no way relevant to me in anyway not just minor things but major things. Managed to get this sorted in the end after the major stress. It’s now November 2026 and I’ve still not received my appointment for my medication!!! Absolutely appalling, emailed and just get a general response no use at all

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are genuinely sorry for the distress caused by the errors in your assessment report and for the continued wait for your medication appointment. We appreciate how frustrating and concerning this must have been.

We would really welcome the opportunity to look into your case and understand what is happening with your titration appointment. Please contact our Feedback and Resolutions team via https://www.noodlehealth.com/contact-us/feedback so we can review your concerns and provide further support.

Kind regards,
The Noodle Team

Extremely disappointing experience – I would not recommend

We chose CARE ADHD (now rebranded as Noodle) through Right to Choose in May 2026, having been advised that the waiting time was approximately four weeks.

That four-week estimate couldn’t have been further from reality.

It took until July for us to even receive the initial forms to complete. From that point onwards, I have had to repeatedly chase for updates and progress. My 7 year old son eventually had his assessment in mid-October, only after I specifically requested that he be prioritised due to the significant difficulties he was experiencing.

His assessment took place on 13th October, and we were notified of the outcome on 20th October. We were told that support would be available immediately, and that his assessment report would be provided by the end of October.

Neither of these things have happened.

Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, including urgent requests for information about accessing the promised support and progressing towards medication titration, we have been left chasing yet again. We were subsequently advised that he would need to complete a 10–12 week support programme before progressing down the medication pathway. However, even two weeks after being given this information, we still haven’t been provided with access to the programme or any details about how to get started.

I have repeatedly explained just how much my son is struggling and how important it is that he receives appropriate support. Unfortunately, it feels as though these concerns are simply falling on deaf ears.

The entire experience has been characterised by delays, a lack of communication and having to constantly chase for information that should be provided as part of the service.

I appreciate that assessment waiting lists can change and that there may be pressures on services. However, advertising a four-week wait, taking months to reach the assessment stage, and then failing to deliver the promised report and support following diagnosis is simply unacceptable.

Families accessing these services are often doing so because their children are already struggling significantly. We shouldn’t have to spend months chasing a provider just to access the support our children have been assessed as needing.

A diagnosis is not the finish line. It should be the start of getting a child the help they need.

Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Quick Before, During and After

I was booked in just over a week after being referred (on the Right to Choose scheme), and the appointment only took an hour, during which I was given my diagnosis right away. Overall, I couldn't be happier.

They have provided an efficient and professional process, thank you

The efficiency of the process is good. They are available to contact via phone, the video call etc for assessment is very useful and the hours they offer allows for quite late times also which is handy for people who have to work around their day to day commitments. Also as a right to choose customer I don't feel like I am being treated as a second rate customer. All very professional at every step. Weeks not years is the vibe I get from their service.

Can’t fault the service , from date of referral to assessment and diagnosis it was exactly a month.

Lovely accessor who was patient and explained everything in advance.
The report came within a week but diagnoses was given at the end of the assessment.
Would highly recommend this service.
