I honestly cannot recommend the hypnos drink enough!
I really look forward to winding down for the night with a cup and a square of dark chocolate!
It is not bitter at all like some cacao drinks can be. Tastes just Devine! I really feel like it sets me up for a relaxing night and a lovely sleep (menopausal 57 year old so that is super important!)
And the customer service is out of this world!!!

I’ve been drinking Hypnos for nearly two weeks now and it’s got magic properties! Honestly haven’t slept like this since I was a teenager. No more anxiety wake ups, I still wake up but it’s a peaceful wake and I go back to sleep. Love it

I ordered the Hypnos starter pack & just enjoyed my first cuppa, I mixed with coconut milk and all I can say is delicious 😋
There was a problem with my initial delivery at no fault with the company, that was down to royal mail! Customer service at No Ordinary Moments rectified my issue the same day with great communication and swift response, I even had a follow up checking I had received my order ok.
Good customer service is important & these were the best 🙏 will be looking forward to trying some other products they offer- don't hesitate to try this company and their products

Hypnos is proving successful at helping me drop off to sleep.
I previously relied on a stiff whisky to do the job but I’m sure my cocoa drink of Hypnos is better for my health!

Love the products - I have a mug of moksha every morning as a treat. At night we both have a Hypnos.

Excellent delicious Product. I have been drinking this Javasu every day for a long time now and can't recommend it highly enough. It is smooth and delicious. I look forward to it every morning when I wake up. The Company is very reliable and has great customer service - responding to messages in a fast, helpful and friendly way.

An excellent company, very responsive, easy to use website, informative and their products are brilliant. I've tried 3 of the blends so far and have loved each one. I no longer drink regular coffee, as I prefer one of the blends I have ordered. I've enjoyed Moksha, Javasu and Zencha. All delicious and you can taste the goodness of the ingredients in each sip. They keep me naturally energised, calm and satisfied as they all taste great, no nasties and no added sugar either. Love them and will endeavour to try the other products too!!

I’ve been using Moksha and Hypnos for sometime now. I don’t do well with lots of caffeine so finding an alternative that gives you a focus is key for me. I’ve also been sleeping deeper, I get to sleep much quicker too which has been a problem for me. Would recommend to try if you haven’t already it’s great stuff

Long-term Javasu drinker here. Honestly, it's changed my life especially my sleep by no longer being dependent on regular coffee.

My starting journey with No Orinary Moments started off a little disappointing. As someone who values small businesses and often chooses them over big brands, I was drawn in by their ethos and decided to give them a try. I ordered a bag of Javasu and Moksha, enticed by their offer of a free milk frother with the moksha purchase. But when my order arrived—no frother.

I reached out via their customer service form and heard nothing back. The offer quietly disappeared from the website, and I felt let down. It wasn’t about the frother—it was about trust, transparency, and the kind of care I’ve come to expect from small, soulful brands.

However, since posting my review, Chris (the founder) has reached out via email, phone, and here to try and resolve the matter. He acknowledged the oversight, apologised sincerely, and sent the missing item straight away. His response was heartfelt and proactive—something you rarely see from big corporations.

While my initial experience wasn’t great, I genuinely appreciate the way Chris handled it. Mistakes happen, but owning them with integrity makes all the difference. For that reason, I’m updating my rating to 4 stars and I will consider buying from No Ordinary Moments again.

Great product and super quick delivery

It's not often you come across a small business that is so personal and professional in perfect balance...and provides such quality items with a personal touch...but this is exactly what I've experienced with every order I've ever had from Chris!
I also welcome and appreciate the newsletters, which is not something I find enjoyable from most companies...but this o e is very different. Its real, from the heart and so authentic that I have found myself sharing them. Not something I've done before.
My one wish would be to bring back the Plant Protein. I've finally ran out (I had a stash when I learned it was being discontinued) and miss it immensely!

I love the products and how they help me on my healing journey after burnout and my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I also had a wonderful experience with the customer service as there was an issue with my first parcel that didn't get delivered (delivery company's fault), where they contacted me to solve the issue straight away. Also had very quick response when I had a question about a product.

This is a lovely company with wonderful products. I use the Hypnos cacao latte and it’s really good. The free frother they sent me fell apart and when I reported it to them they replaced it straight away with a better one. They are responsive and they care. Glad I found this company.

Fabulous innovative products and excellent customer service for the two years I have had a subscription. I highly recommend.
