Fabulous innovative products and excellent customer service for the two years I have had a subscription. I highly recommend.

I have found this to be a great product and have been using both Hypnos and Moksha for some time now and the subscription is great for ensuring I always have a supply, also it makes it better value for money
Having a cup of Moksha as my first morning drink has allowed me to reduce coffee from around 12 to 15 cups a day to one mid morning, I am more focused and less anxious, and no cravings throughout the day.
I have a cup of oatmilk hypnos before bed and no longer need to take magnesium supplements, I manage to get off to sleep very quickly, no restless legs and stay sleeping throughout the night.
Delighted with both products and great customer service. I would recommend this as an efficient and reliable online company and a product that meets the online description with the added bonus that it is gluten free, vegan and no added sugars or artificial sweeteners.
I would say it takes a few drinks to get used to the taste and grittiness of Moksha as for me it was very different to my coffee but the benefits that I felt after the first try were worth persevering and the free hand held whisk helped to blend it in, now I look forward to the taste and consistency as my morning wake me up.
The Hypnos took no getting used to, very creamy and tasted of luxury cacao, yawning by the last mouthful. Definitely recommend both.
The product is well packaged, able to be posted through letterbox and lovey arty postcards included, such a nice touch.
My preference is to get products delivered and charged separately, however as one lasts 30 days and the other 25 days it clashed and I emailed Chris late in evening to rectify this. I was personally contacted by phone the next morning and the subscriptions changed for next time, thank you so much for a lovely service you can trust, both in product quality, delivery and customer service.

I have tried moksha and hypnos both are delicious, i have highly recommended both to my family and friends, hypnos tips the post to my fave right enough. Also customer service is 100% spot on! Thank you for your warm service. You guys are doing a fantastic job! Love Linda x

Beautiful, tasty, functional drinks that have made me feel fantastic. The mushroom coffee picks me up ans the hot chocolate helps me sleep. They taste fantastic with no sweeteners and all natural ingredients. I can not highly recommend enough! X

I received my order and unfortunately the pouch had split and half the contents had spilt out. I emailed straightaway and despite it being the weekend I got a reply very quickly. The response was fabulous - not only giving a heartfelt apology but telling me another pouch would be sent immediately. Sure enough, I received another pouch which was undamaged. Not only is the product brilliant (moksha) but so is the customer service. Thank you No Ordinary Moments. First class.

Am enjoying Hypnos, and will probably try other products too. Admittedly, much more expensive than I would normally pay for, but the quality is high and you can tell this company really care about their produce. Excellent customer service and communication.

I’m seriously loving Moksha from this brand. It has a smooth, earthy flavor—kind of like a mix between tea and coffee. No added sweeteners, just clean, quality ingredients.
It actually helped me kick my caffeine habit, which I’d struggled with for years thanks to my coffee habit. No caffeine-withdrawal headaches. Nothing feels better than developing a new habit that you know is replacing a not-so-great one. So glad I found Moksha. Also can’t wait to try their other products!

Customer service is exceptional, had an issue with my address and Chris was extremely responsive and sorted it straight away. I ordered the Moksha decaf coffee alternative and swear I have already seen a real difference in my focus and general wellbeing. Love how transparent the ingredients are and it tastes good. A great company, will be ordering again!

Apart from the human touch in the packaging and presentation (My teenage son saw it and said, "Who sent the care pack - that's so kind." I replied, 'kindness of strangers,' but it still felt like it came from the heart.)
I had a small hiccup with one of my purchases, and the customer service was exceptional. I was heard, listened to, and contacted by an actual human.
The query was resolved then and there, and a genuine connection happened.
The products are amazing, and there is soul in the company.
If you are interested in supporting a small company that already knows mushrooms are the way to save the planet, I suggest you use this one. Even if you don't - still use this one.

love this drink ! It tastes lovely and creamy and chocolatey without being too sweet It helps me unwind after a long shift at work when my brain is still going and I need sleep if I’m Doing back to back shifts It’s super easy to make and tastes lovely with coconut milk and the free frother is a game changer too I also have the Javasu in a morning and a Maksha on the afternoon which so far has kept me feeling alert and on the ball at work Only downside if you can call it a downside is I don’t want to nap in the afternoon anymore ! I love these drinks Thankyou !

I have just reordered my turkey tail picture which I use in my coffee every morning, its properties are incredible and support my immune system! The pipette makes me feel like an apothecarian. I love this brand and their other products too. Tha k you for having created such clean and beautiful products.

The team were quick and efficient at amending an incorrect address which was entirely my fault and delivery thereafter was very quick.

Absolutely love the hot chocolate, it has become an evening ritual to unwind and relax. In a world full of UPF’s, I can enjoy this one guilt free with a square of dark chocolate each night.

I quite like the taste now but not sure how effective it is for getting me to sleep . It is not always possible to take it early enough .
