AVOID! I ordered the Savannah bag as a present. It took 3 weeks to arrive and I was shocked at the quality when I opened it. I paid £32.69 for a flimsy, cheap, poorly sewn item that I would not have paid more than £3.99 for at Primark or a market stall. It was nothing like the advertt. The buckles are cheap and nasty and the zips were already broken. The bag had that musty loft smell. I contacted the seller for a return but you must send to Canada. They also say they won’t refund items that are over 50% sale, but all their items are permanently on 70% off. What a scam! Avoid like the plague. I am shocked that there are still unethical sellers like this, especially advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Amazon.

Wrote a review on their website, which mysteriously disappeared! Avoid this company like the plague! I paid £32 for a Savannah bag for my partner and was so appalled by the quality of this item - thin/cheap buckles, zips all broken, straps not long enough for utility of it’s supposed functions - I didn’t give it to her, out of embarrassment. As others have said, returning would cost more than the product, so it has found a cosy place in my bin and I have learned a £32 lesson in being more cautious!

Purchased two bags with the intention of keeping one and returning the other - big mistake. Although Canada features on website, it has a UK telephone number and nothing to alert you to the fact that returns need to be made to Canada. A return address in Southall was noted on the address label, but appears to be a 'red herring' as I was asked to return to Canadian address. Obviously won't be doing that as would be throwing good money after bad and I bet the package will go astray! Probably better to buy from Amazon but think before you support this type of company.
