I have had rhinoplasty twice unsuccessfully and I went to see Miss Nugent and I had the most thorough consultation possible. She listens.
I had rhinoplasty with her three months ago, March 2026 and three months on I am very very happy, she is an accomplished surgeon, and I would recommend her.

Ms Nugent was the best surgeon I could have possibly chosen for my breast reduction surgery.

From the very first consultation, she explained everything in great detail, but also in a way that was very digestible and approachable. I was given lots of opportunities to ask questions and she made sure I had all of the relevant information to make my choice, including showing me examples and telling me of any outcomes / side effects. She made the surgery feel much less intimidating and was very open and in detail about the process.

I felt completely comfortable discussing my reasons for surgery, what I wanted for my outcome and also my identity as a trans person - which was very important to me. I was made very comfortable and she covered everything sensitively and with tact.

The outcome is beyond my wildest dreams. The stitching / scarring is very neat and the shape (although still recovering) looks natural and really well done. The size is exactly what I'd hoped for, based off of lots of discussions about the desired outcome. She's definitely highly skilled at what she does!

The post-op care has been great - going back to the hospital and Nora's clinic to get routine check ups. Both Nora and the McIndoe have been amazing at keeping an eye on my recovery and being available for any questions or issues I may have.

She's been so approachable and clearly knowledgeable, and I just can't believe how seamless the whole process has been. I've had no complications or problems, and was equipped with or told to get everything I could have needed for recovery.

I can't thank Nora enough. Both me and my partner found the whole experience to be really positive - and I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a breast reduction to see Nora for a consultation.

Nora was extremely helpful looking after my elderly mother both before, during and after her procedure. She was flexible allowing us to plan my mother’s visit to suit her care needs and transport. On the day of the procedure she was caring and patient calming my mother and letting her settle without rushing. The procedure went perfectly to plan.

I had a neck lift and lower face lift carried out by Nora Nugent in December 2026. I am absolutely delighted with the result, which is as I hoped. The result is natural, and still very much my face, but totally refreshed - and no wobbly turkey neck, which was the principal aim. I chose Ms Nugent from a list of surgeons supplied by the McIndoe Centre, where the surgery was later carried out. I chose her because I thought she had the right qualifications and experience to do a good job. I also trawled through reviews of previous patients. My initial consultation with her was extremely thorough and from the outset I was impressed by the rigour of her approach. I was also impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the teams at Purity Bridge (her practice) and the McIndoe centre. This is not a procedure to be approached lightly. I was counselled about the possible risks as well as the rewards from such an operation. I took some time to think it through and was supplied with plenty of written information to look through. There were several pre-op meetings to examine my general state of health as well as my mental attitude. It became clear from all this that the recovery from the operation would take several weeks and would not be particularly pleasant, and would require input from me, (eg making sure to follow post-op instructions) as well as support at home. I did proceed with the operation and was pleased with the support I got from Ms Nugent, her own team of nurses and all at the McIndoe Centre. I have to admit I found it all quite trying and did feel low at times, but fore-warned is fore-armed! After the operation there were several meetings with Ms Nugent to check on progress.

Excellent care by Miss Nugent and her team. I was well looked after and full explanation given for the procedure.

She is so warm and friendly and explains everything so clearly, it goes without saying that her experience has given me the best results possible. I have looked at other mastipexy procedure photographs and I can really tell the difference in their results and mine. I also think it’s a great option for Londoners to travel just an hour out of town to a more peaceful setting to have surgery.

I would recommend Nora Nugent for her empathy and understanding of the way women like to be treated. No question is too insignificant to be answered and there is no unrealistic answers forthcoming from her.
It’s a nice experience to speak openly and comfortably about your procedure and the outcome.

Miss Nugent has been absolutely phenomenal throughout my complicated history with breast surgery. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

I've felt so heard, supported, guided and looked after at every step of the way. Nothing has been too much trouble. Miss Nugent obviously cares deeply about her work and her patients, and this expresses itself at all times. She has always listened to me, helped me to explore my options, guided me when I've not been sure, gone over and above during surgery to achieve the very best outcomes, and been incredibly responsive in between appointments when I've had questions.

Dr. Nora is a doctor I could speak to freely and just be myself.

I am having a very speedy recovery, I’m in my 4th week since surgery.
I felt so secure before having the operation, so didn’t stress at all, all staff were so friendly, felt at home at Purity Bridge clinic, that is why I
decided to do the operation at the clinic rather than the hospital.
One of my pre operation concern was the amount of pain I might be experiencing after the anaesthetics wear off, which was next to nothing, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I managed it all on paracetamol and that, only for 3 days. I don’t know how Dr. Nora managed that with this amount of reduction and lift, as she took out the equivalent of 4 cans of Pepsi.
Going back on appointments with Dr Nora feels like visiting a friend, she’s so warm and accommodating and easy-going.
I’m so happy having found her and very happy with my choice. I really do think that she hasn’t just met my hopes, she met my dreams of what I wanted to achieve with myself. I couldn’t recommend her enough, honestly my best clinical experience, the best experience of my life and I’ve been through a few, so I have some comparison frame of reference.
Best money I’ve ever spent. And all the doctor and nurses visits and care pre and post operation, are included in the operation price.

I felt at ease with the staff when I walked through the door they were caring and professional throughout.
The questions I had were answered in full and truthfully and if I had a question at a later time I could raise them (there’s always something that one forgets and it could be raised later)
