This company is a life-saver. We have both PVC and solar thermal panels and both installers went out of business years ago. Fortunately, Norfolk Solar deals with both systems and they have carried out repairs and maintenance to our systems for a number of years. The technical expertise is excellent and they are a great company to deal with. They give great service at reasonable prices and unlike so many today, it is not all about the money. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having absolutely no knowledge of how solar systems work I very nearly spent £5100 on upgrading my system. I was advised by a company that my Feed in Tarriff revenue would double with an upgrade. I made a call to Norfolk Solar and Craig very kindly talked me through the system and asked for photos of the various components. He advised me on the monthly checks I should do to ensure it is working effectively and what to do if it fails. He was so thorough and very helpful. I am so grateful for his willingness to explain things as the solar market is a minefield. His honesty has helped me tremendously.

From our first conversation with Craig, discussing our needs in detail and making sure we understood the whole procedure before arranging a date / we didn’t even have to wait too long for the installation. The fitters came on the date agreed, they were efficient, polite and we are really pleased with the solar panels and how they look on our roof. Now to saving money on the utilities!

After having a problem with my solar and battery setup Norfolk solar were reccommended to me, so after a call to them an appointment was made for a visit to sort out my system. The appointment lasted a whole day, but so much was sorted out and setup, with contact back to the office during the day for more technical information requirements. My system all vack up and running with improvements to keep it running better. And a follow appointment later for software updates.
