Normie Dealt with the Sale of my property originally went up beginning of June when Gina was looking after us , great service pictures taken by Nigel a great job done showed off our house in it’s full glory , we had a original buyer who made the offer of asking price but unfortunately he had us awaiting 2 months and mortgage fell through on a number of occasions, so we decided that we would need to put back on the market as we had our heart set on the house we wanted to buy , then Natalie took over and between her and rest of the team had 8 viewings within 2 days, 3 offers were put in 4 Days later and we accepted the 1st which was the lower offer but the best position and was just eager as ourselves to move , from then it was all smooth besides solicitors taking there time and leaving exchanging right till the end , I would definitely recommend Normie very professional and quality service .

I found Normie & Company to be very helpful. Natalie and her colleagues were always ready to help when we had questions. They kept in contact with us to let us know what was happening and to check that we were progressing ok, crucially without ever being pushy. Now, at the end, we have a property that we're very happy with!
