At a very difficult time the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and supportive guiding me through the process

The staff there are so lovely, they help me every time and take the time to talk me through processes I am unfamiliar with and make sure I am happy with everything. They have made handling my mums affairs after her passing much easier for me. I am never on hold for long and feel well supported by them.

The contact that called me was very respectful and understanding of my comments regarding the financial situation of my sisters estate.

I have found the call handlers very supportive through out my call regarding my husbands account after he sadly passed away

A friend died estranged from her father and daughter, so I notified utilities, etc.
I then started to receive daily harassing phone calls from this bunch of money grabbing leeches.
Despite contacting them both by phone and email that I am not executor or administrator of estate.
I am out of pocket for almost £3000 having covered cost of funeral.
These money grabbing leeches continue to harass me I was tempted to pay £40 amount outstanding but feared further harassment if I pay off one account do they then want me to clear all her debts. Once again I was only her friend, but, they seemed deaf.
As they say no good deed goes unpunished.
