Love the products that Norsegarde makes! AM extremely happy with the appearance and quality of the items that I have ordered so far-with an additional four inbound.

Bought a bracelet the wrong size and had to exchange it. The whole process took a few weeks but was handled very well by Dillon. (Customer service rep). Got me a larger chain and very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

Poor quality material, bracelet snapped after 3 months, as warranty only lasts 60 days no returns/refunds available although was offered a discount to buy another.

I’ve been looking for different looking and unusual well-made bracelets and pendants for men. I came across this company as I was searching another that charged 10 times the price that this company does.
I received products and they are absolutely beautiful. I had a little bit of trouble with one of the claps. Every time I have emailed I get a reply extremely quickly. They absolutely made it right.
Don’t worry about Customer Service from this place. It is absolutely excellent and I highly recommend the amazing products

The bracelet is so poorly made. I had to go out of my way to go to the jewelers to get the end cap soldered back on because they refused to fix it themselves which costed 50 pound by the way which just slipped off without me touching it. Now the other end cap has slipped off the chain so if I wanted to use it again I would have to go back and pay another 50 quid to get the other cap soldered. I have also had to get the clasp replaced because it isn’t really durable and snapped with a little pressure honestly not worth the price would not recommend.

Ring is great detail great no hallmarks not great so will wonder if it is sterling silver cant take more
than 10 seconds to wack a stamp on it

The bracelet is really nicely made with good definition of the woven pattern around the band. The polished areas are have not dulled at all and I’ve worn it constantly since I received it. I think this is because the stainless steel that has been used in the construction is very good quality. It was very hard to expand the bracelet to get it onto my wrist and then re compress it back into shape fitting it to shape around my wrist. Unlike a lot of other flimsy torc bracelets that seem likely to snap or easily deform when wearing. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with it and would certainly have no hesitation in purchasing from this company again.

The chain is very poorly made and a link is missing in it.

I bought man bracelet for the birthday. Very good quality, rich looking, perfect story about meaning of bracelet. Highly recommend for any occasion.

I am overall satisfied with the bracelet. The delivery was fast. The only thing that prevents me from putting 5 stars is the fact that feathers on ravens’ heads were too sharp and I cut myself with them. Had to find a jeweller that fixed them.
When time comes would definitely order from this vendor again.

Purchased both a 28in silver chain and a silver raven head torque bracelet. First off both came in packages with Chinese labels on them. Somehow the tracking came from Canada. Are they Canadian based?
The chain feels cheap. Like rough edges around the fittings that scrape your neck. For a $120 chain, I expect better.
The silver raven head bracelet- it’s definitely not hand made or forged. It’s cast, poured metal into a mold. It’s a solid piece, but there are rough edges. I feel like if I adjust it too much the metal will become brittle and snap.
The ravens beaks are sharp enough to cut through a layer of skin or two. The underside of the ravens heads tend to dig in to my skin a bit. Not huge, but for $250 bucks I expect better.
Overall do not recommend.
