North and South wines are my new go to for ordering wine. Marco and his colleagues are knowledgeable, help and friendly. I first discovered them after having a lovely Talo Primitivo di Manduria at an hotel and subsequently searched for it when I returned home. Delivery is always swift and pricing is competitive. I would highly recommend and trust this company

What a shambles. The order went missing so they chased it. It turned up minus 12 bottles that get delivered a week later!
Yet they turn around and some how it’s my fault and obviously delivery this time of the year! Cheap prices but shocking customer service/ delivery.

I needed to make a large order of Poll champagne for my sister's memorial (it was her favourite tipple). I'd looked at another site but then realised I'd be subscribing for a year which wasn't what I wanted at all. I found Northandsouthwines and saw a great deal and just as important their customer service is outstanding and that's meant a lot just at this time particularly x

Excellent fast delivery and a really fantastic price for my favourite rose Whispering Angel.
I normally buy from Waitrose or Ocado but will now be ordering from North and South in future based on this first really good experience.

I ordered two cases of wine just before Christmas at there busiest time of the year, and received my cases in less than 24 hours !

The cheapest Nyetimber I've found. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday. Fantastic service. I'll definitely be using this company again.

I was searching online for some Nyetimber, and when I saw the price on North and South Wines, I initially thought it must be a scam as the price was too good to be true! But I put in my order when I saw the other positive reviews on Trustpilot, and received the bottles a few days later, all hassle-free. Great value and service, I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

I left it very late to place an order for champagne for Christmas - I rang the shop and they went above and beyond to ensure the delivery would arrive the next morning. They confirmed they had the requested champagne in stock and that they would dispatch it straight away if I placed my order.

The next morning - champagne arrived in perfect condition and at a price better than anywhere else on the internet. Highly recommend - I will be back!

Only found this company while looking for The Chocolate Block wine, and they had an amazing deal on it. Ordered 12 bottles yesterday afternoon and it was on my doorstep this morning. Super-prompt service! I've waited longer to be served wine in a bar!

Our local supermarket stopped stocking our favourite wine and so began an online search. We live in northern Scotland, not very remote - right by an airport/mainline station/ duel carriageway - but we quickly found that despite most couriers delivering to us at no extra cost, most online wine sellers wanted to charge us £20 to £50 to deliver us a bottle of wine, treating us the same as someone living on a remote island 200 miles from us. Not so North&South Wines who charged us the same as everyone else and basic delivery arrived in 24 hours, so well impressed and will be back to them. Oh, wine itself was a good price too!

I ordered the wine in the late afternoon and it arrived the following morning. Amazing!

I had a couple of issues regarding delivery which were created by the carrier. These issues were rectified by Northandsouth very efficiently and promptly while keeping me informed. The final delivery was only one day later than originally advised. Good customer service.

Although I didn’t need to pay to expedite delivery, as it was going to be a little while before I would see the happy couple, it's just arrived!!! How amazed, and grateful, am I. It's a beautiful, magnum sized, Laurent Perrier ice bucket, and I cannot wait to gift it as its intended ‘engagement present’. I didn't realise that it also has a footed removable drain plate to keep ice and ice-melt separated. I'm thrilled with my purchase. The quality, its well packaged and safe, and speedy delivery. Ordered a box of chocolate block yesterday, the best price I could fine online even including the 7.75 delivery charge, it arrived today despite the delivery details saying up to 7 working days……fantastic service, and very personable email communication. Highly recommend after such a great experience!

Spoke with Marco at North and South wines today and he was so helpful, from measuring glasses to making a bespoke order up for me. Great service would definitely recommend.

I rang up the customer service number as I was about to place the order for a delivery I needed to receive promptly (within 48 hours) and I was put off by the writing on their website about the expected delivery timing of the cheaper delivery.
The guy on the phone was terrific, he prepared and dispatched my order in the following hour and i received the package super promptly and well ahead of my deadline.
When I chose to return one of the items I had ordered, again, they couldn't have been more helpful and polite.
To me they are the new standard of how retailing should be done in 2021, big thumbs up from me!
