I don’t normally respond to review requests but Northern Deckline were outstanding - Scott Shane and Ellis were polite respectful and die their utmost to be as least intrusive as possible, including protecting the lawn with boards as it was very wet.I have no hesitation in recommending this company who were most helpful from initial enquiry to completion

Excellent service and quality product. Thanks to Richard, who carried out the survey, Chris and in particular Ash and Steve who installed the decking. They kept us informed of any issues that arose and were happy to answer any questions. Not an expert on this kind of work but you could see the workmanship was of the highest quality. Just had decking fitted by Northern Deckline and can’t recommend them highly enough. Great service from the first contact with Richard, Sales Rep, to Chris, Surveyor, and the fitting team, Scott, Shaun and Ellis.
It was a relatively small, straightforward job but was executed with the same care and attention to detail that I am sure they apply to all their jobs.
Scott, Shaun and Ellis were great - punctual, friendly, respectful and hardworking- what more could you ask of a team. They tidied up at the end of each day and did a great job of cleaning up when the job was finished- thanks guys.
The decking looks great and is exactly what we wanted - now looking forward to using it come Spring 🌞.

We contacted Northern Deckline after we'd decided it was time to replace the existing timber decking that had been down a number of years and had started to rot. Initially we spoke to Richard who provided excellent advice on composit decking and was on hand to answer any questions. Chris then came round to measure before Ashley and Steve did the fitting. We are absolutely delighted with their workmanship and the attention to detail. Both men worked hard in difficult weather conditions and we cannot fault the end result. Very satisfied customers.

Superb service from start to finish. Really happy with the decking and quality. Very professional from start to finish and would highly recommend. Great bunch of lads who are very polite and courteous and also do a really tidy job.

The sales pitch was very informative and Richard went out of his way to re-visit on a Sunday to complete the paperwork when the technology didn't quite work.
The installation team of Scott, Shane & Ellis were on-time, clean, hard working and easy to talk to.
The end result is a great area that we have had a little bit of use this year, hoping for sun in 2024 to enjoy it more.

What a fantastic job. Our garden is now perfect. Really happy with it the guys Curtis and Marvin went above and beyond so polite and hard working the complete decking job done in 3 days. They never even had lunch breaks. Thanks Curtis and Marvin wonderful job the company should be proud of you.

I have looked over it thoroughly now and cannot find a single fault ( not that I was actually looking for faults ) it’s just wonderful.

Everything was left very clean and tidy and we are very grateful to Martin and Darrel, even though we never actually met them.

Full credit to Chris too, as we had an electric problem which rendered me helpless to sort as I was in Greece, but Chris managed to get a generator in to get the guys going, brilliant.

Needed a ramp for my wife who needs a wheelchair. Only went with this company by accident as was let down by local council. Am very glad I did! It is more of a featured walkway than a ramp. The colour matches my garage door and neighbours have commented on how good it looks compared with the metal structures that are out there. The company fit me in in between larger jobs and the team worked hard to finish it in a day. A good job carried out by a professional team.

This is the second time we’ve used northern Deckline and as usual they have been absolutely fantastic!! From initial sales visit to the truly amazing install team of Scott, Shane and Ellis we cannot fault their work. It has truly transformed the garden and we couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend and will be recommending to all our friends

We were incredibly impressed with Northern Deckline. Everyone at the company was very professional but friendly. We want to give a special mention, however, to Curtis and Marvin who installed our decking. You couldn't wish to meet two more pleasant, polite and hard-working lads. They completed the work in three days, two days earlier than we'd expected, and did a fantastic job. We're absolutely delighted with the product and the service.

Had our very impressive decking completed by Northern Deckline in November 2021and were extremely pleased with it. Earlier this month we noticed a crack in a couple of the boards. Phoned Karen up and Chris came straight out – it was manufacturing fault in the actual composite board. He then checked over the full decking before ordering new boards, that he then fitted the following week -including some extra things that he was not happy with. We are extremely impressed with the service offered by NORTHERN DECKLINE – Including the wonderful aftercare – which is second to none- thankyou. Would, very highly recommend this company
