I am very pleased with the advice and guidance on where to invest and why the selected investment is promising, with a thorough explanation, data, etc. I appreciate the staff who supported me from North Fox Property, particularly Kevin, who has been a great advisor throughout the purchase and beyond. Not only this but also, during the purchase, he negotiated on my behalf with the developer and represented my situation, which resulted in the developer adjusting the requirement according to my situation, which Kevin has conveyed. To me, this is what I call knowledgeable and trusted advisor.

North Fox Property were excellent. It was my first purchase so I was quite nervous but Martin was extremely helpful and patient, helping me with any and every query I could possibly think of! They had every area covered including great recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers. The property completed quickly and is already let out getting me a great return.

I was a bit nervous buying in the UK for the first time but the team from North Fox Property were brilliant and took me all the way through the process. I am very happy with my property and the service received.

I don’t usually post reviews unless I receive exceptional service. Kevin at North Fox took the time to very patiently explain all of the ‘ins and outs’ to me and my wife of becoming buy-to-let investors. We live quite a distance from the property we have decided to buy, so feeling we can trust our agents is hugely important. Both Kevin and Darren at Infinite Property were really reassuring on this and talked me through how they look after the property. Kevin also explained how landlords insurance worked (I will now most definitely put that in place!).

I recently bought an off plan property in Manchester from North Fox. I was nervous having never done this before, but I have to say Kevin was fantastic.
