We differentiate ourselves from the majority of other lenders by lending solely to homeowners (in England, Scotland and Wales), allowing us to offer competitive rates for our loans. Our loans are suitable for those who have little equity or who don’t want to risk their home with a secured loan. Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. My words were misinterpreted and my loan was,terminated within one hour. When I phoned back the staff were very rude.

Fantastic

Fantastic, went through all the information relevant to me personally, straight forward application and give me my answer within 24hrs, person I dealt with was very clear and straightforward, process was professional, smooth and simple.

The customer service was great

The customer service was great. They gave me several options to explore and process from requesting funds to receiving them was very quick. I would definitely use them again

Great & Quick service

Very quick, open and transparent process. Completing online docs was very straightforward and great follow up from an actual person who took the time to listen for any questions and was very clear on explaining the process in great detail
