Personally ive been very impressed with the service and the product. Ive never tried toothpaste tablets before but I absolutely love them. Lovely and minty but not overpowering, not messy like toothpaste and no waste or animal testing!!! Will definitely buy these from now on.

I’ve tried a few brands of toothpaste tablets and I really like these ones! I love the ethos of the company and my experience with customer service has been 10/10! 😁

I've ordered from this company 12 times previously without issue and their products are good. On this occasion my subscription auto renewed, but no goods shipped. I chased them over about a month and got various excuses as to why my order hadn't shipped, I've now raised a dispute with my card provider to try and get my money back. Avoid!

Sent my order to the incorrect address and when I requested a refund or replacement order to the correct address they haven’t dealt with it. A month later and I still don’t have either.
Completely incompetent staff

We’ve been using these for about a year now and we are very happy with them. They are much cheaper than the main competitor, seem to work well and the service has been good. I’ve seen some negative reviews which is a shame. Perhaps as a new-ish and rapidly growing company they have had teething 😆problems? Anyway, delivery wasn’t every time super fast, but in all other respects they are great

Used the nano bamboo brushheads for about a year. Great sustainable packaging, good value, and seemingly decent quality. That is, until my most recent - and now last ever - order.

Ordered a pack of two brush heads. The bristles detached from each of the bamboo heads as soon as I tried to use them, and could not be safely or reliably lodged back in place.

Contacted customer service, providing photos - very quick response, sent me a new pack. New pack arrives. This time, the bristles didn’t even *arrive* attached on one of the heads, just rattling around in the box!

Contacted customer service, again providing photo evidence, and requested a refund as I’m not accepting such tat. Two months and two chasers later and I’ve had no reply.

So NoWa, you and your garbage product and pee-poor service can get stuffed. I’m back on my unsustainable but reliable electric toothbrush and my teeth feel so much cleaner. What a shame.

Avoid. Terrible customer service. I had an existing subscription and then ordered a starter kit. I took delivery of the subscription toothpaste tablet but never received the starter kit. I then emailed to enquire if the starter kit had been sent to me. I was informed by Josh at their customer service that my orders had been merged and both had been delivered to me on a date prior to me raising the enquiry. I sent a photo of the box I'd received with a postage label which clearly said there was only one item inside. I'm now getting no response to my emails. Will be cancelling the subscription. I've paid for a starter kit that has never been received.

I have had a toothpaste subscription for a few years, and had an old, much cheaper price grandfathered in. In my last order I had to email their support to access my account, and they quickly responded and helped - but the price was massively increased with no prior notice, and when I queried this I was just ignored.
I ended up claiming a refund via a credit card dispute, as Nowa doesn't respond to emails unless you're buying something apparently!

I so wanted to try the toothpaste tablets that NoWa make because, according to reviewers, they break down into a paste rather than a chalky powder. I haven't even been able to get as far as ordering them! Admittedly, my case is a little complex; I live in France and am shopping on the UK website. However, it clearly states that the company delivers to many parts of Europe, including France. The only option I could get for delivery was the UK.
I have emailed the company for help four times during the last nine days. No response at all. What I have received is multiple auto-generated emails asking why I haven't completed buying the products in my basket. I would love to complete my order, but I need NoWa to make the effort to answer a potential customer.

Three weeks since I paid, estimated delivery of 3 working days. No attempt at contacting me. One very vague reply to my request for an update telling me it would arrive "soon", which was 2 weeks ago.

Unsure if this is a scam or incompetent, but I'd save your money or looked elsewhere

Great taste, great packaging. The packaging pellets are NOT Styrofoam as reported by another reviewer, they are cornstarch which dissolves in water.

I'm beyond delighted with the starter kit I bought from NoWa. The toothbrush initially felt like velvet on my teeth and is a very different experience to a normal brush. I love it! My teeth feel so much cleaner than with either a plastic manual brush or an electric brush. I wanted the tablets for travel, to reduce liquids in hand luggage, but am so pleased with them that I've ordered a full size pack now. The mouthwash is excellent and freshens up beautifully. Having used the products for around a month now, I wouldn't go back to manual or electric, or toothpaste. The fact that these products minimise production and domestic waste is a huge hit with me. I have a mix of crowns, veneers and natural teeth and everything is compatible. Whilst it's not marketed as whitening, my natural teeth are definitely brighter and shinier too. Please note that this is a genuine review, not requested by NoWa, and I purchased my products myself (IE this is not an disingenuous influencer review after freebies!)

Ordered tooth tablets and couldn't be more pleased; teeth are clean, mouth fresh, and no mess that one gets from using watery paste.
Neatly boxed with no plastic tape and the packaging pellets are made with corn starch, NOT polystyrene as stated in a review this month; dissolve them in cold water and use to water your plants.

I like the tablets so far. However, they arrived unnecessarily packaged in styrofoam, which has to be put into my general waste. I am incredulous that a company vaunting ecofriendly credentials is using PLASTIC STYROFOAM in its PACKAGING! Puts me off buying again.

Order and delivery experience was all fine, have no complaints there. My beef is with the product itself, I ordered the toothbrush. I HATED it. The brush head is bamboo which sticks to your mouth more than the slippery plastic one. The brush head isn't ergonomically shaped for your mouth like my trusted toothbrush of 20 years, it's just straight, so feels very clunky and I had to use a lot of effort to try and reach everywhere and the top of the head gets in the way and makes it impossible for me to reach everywhere I'm used to, so my teeth couldn't get cleaned as properly as I'm accustomed to. The bristles themselves are fine, a bit too firm for me personally, I am used to a super soft bristle that's extremely gentle so this felt a bit too firm for me. But the fact the brush itself felt like a disposable hotel toothbrush you get for free and use only once was the biggest disappointment, this was just awful and not user friendly at all. I had to stop and continue brushing with my old brush to get the job done properly. Such a shame, I wanted to love it as I love the idea of everything being made from sustainable degradable materials. But the design of this thing is just awful and no thought seems to have gone into that part. Will have to go back to my old brush.

Used for around 3-4 months and now getting brown staining on my teeth. Reverting back to my old toothpaste and booking in for whitening. A shame as the concept is great but in reality I don’t believe the toothpaste has been positive for my oral health. I have exceptional oral hygiene and never had issues like this before.

3-5 working day ...this is a joke. Made in the UK. Googled and not any specification where in the UK. I ordered the test kit they arrived after 2 and a half weeks. They replied to my emails but, the answers were as usual : to many demands at the moment. Anyway, about the products: I bought them for when l travel, small packages , the taste, nothing out of ordinary. So for traveling they should do the trick .

I ordered on 15/3/24. First thing to say is I only received my order today, more than 2 weeks after placing the order, and around 1 week after receiving the "how's it going?" email.

More importantly, I ordered & paid for Pop-up Plaque Disclosing Tablets. These were NOT included in the shipment and there is a line drawn through this item on the shipment box. I was not informed that this item was out of stock when I made the order, nor was I contacted after placing the order to say that the item was not available and either a replacement or refund would be issued.

I haven't tried the products I did receive yet, but unfortunately no matter how good they turn out to be, I cannot rate the company higher than 1/5 given their failure to deliver the goods I have paid for, and their failure to communicate with me.

Love the taste and the concept. I like the taste of the toothpaste better than my Colgate or Aquafresh. I was very curious about how it worked but it's quite straightforward, you just bite the pill a few times and then it kinda melts and you can start brushing. That's it. I'm definitely trying the floss as well with my next order.

Edit: I've been using the toothpaste for a few months and it's great. I've also bought the toothbrush and it's FAR better than anything I've ever bought in a supermarket. I usually cripple my toothbrushes after a few weeks of usage but this one is still going strong!

Unfortunately the floss isn't up to the quality standards as the rest of the products. It's quite thick and doesn't run smoothly between the teeth as it has no wax and is quite rough, so I wouldn't recommend it.
I'm trying the mouthwash with my next order so I'll update my review then.

I bought a tin of the toothpaste tablets, I feel strongly about reducing plastic usage. I have been using Colgate and Sensodyne for years. When I switched to the tablets I had some doubts because I don't end up with a mouthful of foam like I do with tube toothpastes. However, after using for a week I couldn't be happier, my tooth sensitivity is gone, and my mouth and teeth have never felt cleaner. Checking with the plaque disclosing tablets after a week's use showed that my teeth are in fact plaque free. I am very happy with my purchase and will stick with NoWa toothpaste tablets. What a great product! More plastic out of the environment, teeth have never been cleaner, and sensitivity is gone.
