I discovered this brand in 2020 and since then it has been one of my favorites. I absolutely love its unique designs and vibrant colors! I’m also really happy that they are now creating more technical skiing products with merino wool at a great price.

Clothes are great and customer service is helpful. They messed up my express shipping but happily resent the items so they would arrive on time.

My fav brand ever!! The fits and the quality are great. The designs are unique and I love that it’s Canadian and owned by women. Always a great experience :)

Cool shirt graphics, but sizing is not accurate at all. Was given the shirt for Christmas but was a literal child size when I tried it on. Company "does not offer exchanges" outside of 30 days, so despite it being bought for me as a Christmas present, this isn't an option. I'd give zero stars if I could, what type of ecom clothing company won't stand behind their sizing and not alienate customers. Looks sick but skip it.

The designs are awesome and their customer service is pretty decent too for a small company, but honestly their quality is super hit and miss. Have one fleece - love it. Just bought another and it’s so so thin, despite being really close in design to the other one. Feels way too expensive for a quality.

The shirts on the site and the shirt I bought look different. The color isn't filled in and it looks cheap. But to return it to Canada, it'll cost half the price of the shirt. Thankfully I wrote the company and they will provide the return label. I hope their quality improves because their designs are so cool.

Unique products made by an incredible team of 2 women in Qc City. I LOVE the oversize T (I have probably 6 of them), the prints are always so colourful and original (have you seen Reckless Grandma?!), & the fleece are the comfiest ever. Notice is my forever brand for adventures, outdoor activities and stay at home. 100% would recommend. (And yes, everything stay the same after going in the washing machine.)

I was SO excited when I was directed to this site by my Granddaugher (age 18 tomorrow, Jan 1st) who is going on her first snowboarding trip soon. I excitedly looked at their web site, and would have bought the tee shirt that features on their web site had it been available, but it seems not to be, SO I chose and ordered an alternative, similar tee shirt from Reckless`s range in good time for Christmas. I was SO excited by this, because I thought she was going to LOVE this item, as, like their modelled item, it would be dead `in your face`, and outstanding - black and vibrant colours against the white snow. I placed the order and was immediately SO impressed by their Order Processing and particularly D H L`s courier service, watching its process through Canada and to E.M.A. until its arrival at my door, so promptly. Because of the high expectation that I had, having looked at all of the company`s range of products, and anticipating that the colours would be as vibrant as their modelled items, my initial reaction was one of disappointment. The lithography, as I later wrote to them, looks `wishy washy`, already, and it has not even seen a washing machine, which it will certainly do after numerous tumbles in the snow of a novice `boarder`. I hurriedly wrote to the company attaching a photograph of the tee shirt, as compared to the one on their photograph, in the hopes that I could have achieved an alternative, expecting their admission that this article was not `up to their usual standard` and I could get an alternative delivered still in time for Christmas, - and - well - let`s just say that the events that have followed have been less than satisfactory. Dealing (via email - six hours behind GMT) - and time marching on - with a customer service `unnamed person`, with little or no interest in the situation, I was offered a return or exchange (at my cost - and having paid £9.00 for delivery, needless to say it will cost ME the same amount to return it, OR I could receive 50% of the amount that I had paid (once again, for the top, not including of course, the postage). I decided to give the top to my Granddaugher (with a back up top from a company beginning with `H`, already packed for Santa in case she didn`t like the Reckless one) - and crossed my fingers that she would be less `picky` than me; I handed the package to her on Christmas Day, and off she went to try it on - It came off faster than it had gone on - with the polite comment, "I just dont wear long sleeved tee shirts Nanny" ! "Out of the mouths of babes" - Despite her being totally unaware of my own opinion, - she didn`t want to keep it. So - One thing is sure, it certainly is not going back to Canada, for a round trip of £18.00. Nanny, Reckless by name, and Reckless by nature, will be wearing it under a sweater.
