I have always been a nervous dental patient. The new dentists they’ve had in the last few years are amazing. I don’t dread going now.

I have IBD and the new dentists they’ve actually understands that many conditions have oral manifestations. That makes all the difference. Can’t praise them enough.

Good communication. Compassionate. Competent.

Arran and his helper(forgotten her name, sorry) are very lovely kind and caring and make sure your feeling comfortable and confident. They take good care of there customers and take time to listen . Really appreciate all your hard work on helping me to get my new smile back. Thank you so much.

Been a patient at this practice for a few years now and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody considering joining.All the staff are friendly and positive and very professional and the practice is clean,functional and efficient. Ticks all the boxes.

I do not recommend this dentist office. It’s never a pleasant feeling when writing a BAD 👎 review, however, I believe awareness is important when considering putting your or your childrens health in certain peoples hands. I feel I am being punished & attacked for sharing my situation by the very dentist who caused my discomfort. After posting a 1 ⭐️ review, Dr. Chen himself, proceeded to TEXT & call me - NO JOKE - about my review! He was condescending & implied I shouldn’t have written anything. I’m in complete shock over this situation!!! It’s been a nightmare experience that has caused a long road of pain & has quite literally, left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in in no pain & came out in pain - it has now been months of suffering & on top of it all, all benefits were used up by these dentists & I am left with out of pocket expenses to rectify their errors. My husband also had to go in multiple times for adjustments & discomfort after having fillings completed. My sons tooth chipped in a bike accident & the front tooth Bonding was completed in a different colour than his other teeth & has a visible crack down the centre of his tooth. When I explained these concerns, I felt totally dismissed & so uncomfortable; they offered no privacy for this discussion & I was scooted to the side in the main area. I let them know my family & I will be leaving their practise after much thought & having lost all trust in their work & quality of care. Since posting a review & after having received Dr. Chen’s text/phone call, I feel so irked by the overall mistreatment. I refuse to be bullied, accused or mistreated by anyone & their staff over what seem like fragile egos; especially when I was patient & tried to be understanding from the very beginning just wanting these situations to get better! I’ve written to the CDSA because I will not tolerate being bullied as an adult, by other adults that are clearly in the wrong. ** You never know the calibre of ppl you are dealing with until they muck up on thier end ** PLEASE BE CAREFUL & check other establishments first!!

My first appointment with a hygienist for years,and I was understandably nervous. Harsha was friendly and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, gave me some top tips for better gum care and was VERY gentle. Best of all, my teeth looked AMAZING after she worked her magic. I haven't stopped smiling all weekend.
