Scam website and fake adverts, NOT M&S.

Disgraceful quality of item. When I requested a refund they advised I would have to pay for the return to china that cost as much as the item. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought from the sister company, Noralvo. It is a total scam. I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful top, described as "sequinned". When it arrived there wasn't a sequin to be seen and the material is stiff, cheap and horribly creased. It is unwearable. The company have offered a 10% refund or full refund IF I return it, which will cost more than the purchase price. You can't leave a review on their website either. Avoid at all costs.

They are advertising as selling M&S products, then selling Tesco products, They are outside the M&S store, and Tesco store, showing the product, then says shop now and has the M&S and Tesco logo on. However the shop now takes you to the Novalora link, not M&S or Tesco. AVOID!!

Very poor service.
Bought a par of men’s slip on shoes and what arrived was a pair of lace up shoes that did not look like the picture.
3 attempts to contact Noralvo so that I could return them but no reply and now return time has run out.
Only contact is through email and a business address in USA. not a lot of good if you’re in the UK

Scam site - IF you get a product, it will look nothing like photo. Horrible quality from. Some Chinese location (not U.S. made, no made by "artisans' & this related to many of the same scam websites - all with different names). Buyer beware - they also charge your cc multiple times with many never receiving any product & having little recourse.

This company don't even deserve one star. Ordered a jump suit and received a two piece suit of the poorest quality. It's like a rag. I wouldn't even give it to a charity shop. Contacted the company and they told me I could return it but postage is extortionate or they would give me 10% off
It looks like the company is in USA but the item arrived from China. Don't believe anything on their website

I ordered a pair of peep toe ankle boots, size 5. They are never a size 5, I can’t even get my foot in to try on, they are more like a 3. I have emailed support numerous times and they don’t answer, they just ignore you. They advertise no problem with returns or refunds but that’s untrue. Do not order from this company, waste of time and money.

Ordered a dress from this company, it was terrible quality, I tried to contact them numerous times to return it but they completely ignored me

I placed two orders with this company; I bought the same dress twice, once in each order. They didn't contact me to let me know it was out of stock. I had to contact them. They asked if I wanted to swap the dress for another item. I shared a replacement, and then I got an email asking me to return my item, and they can then send out this dress. I am not sure if their CS team is AI but you never get a response and nothing makes sense. I have been refunded for one of the dresses but have sent 12 emails trying to get a refund for the second dress. It's been such a horrendous experience. If I could put zero stars, I would.

Scam website! Weeks after ordering, I received the cheapest looking dress that looked nothing like the website. It was delivered from China. So far, I have spent a week sending emails and submitting forms online to arrange a return and refund, despite what awful waste of money it will cost to return. I wouldn’t even try and sell it online, the fabric is awful.

Do not waste your money. Those people are complete scamming bustards. No one here ever received what the ordered because they don't have it and they do not exist. Order at your own risk

Disgusting company told them I haven’t received the item they keep saying over and over in emails check with the post office etc, I was given a tracking number for yodel I followed it and says delivered it hasn’t!! It is their responsibility as the seller to chase up missing parcels as they have the insurance to claim back on it’s not for me to chase the contact of buying is with them not the courier company, I have asked for a full refund and still say the same thing check with your post office, it isn’t Royal Mail so it’s obv they don’t understand how the delivery systems work in the U.K. I’ve lost £25 and don’t have the item. Wish I had checked on her first but it makes u think it’s a company in the U.K. but after following the tracking status it was coming from Wuhan, China!!

Absolute no stars for these thieving SCAMMERS!!! Paid almost £40 for their product and almost a month on... NOTHING!! Fake email, fake tracking, fake EVERYTHING! I hope my hard earned cash chokes them!!

Ordered Via Tik Tok, took my money provided a fake tracking number, and will not reply to emails. Reported to Tik Tok and they will not take them down. Notice how all their videos on tik tok the person promoting them will not allow comments on their videos of their so called weight loss. It is all a scam and it seems that Tik Tok is part of it.

Do not use this company, complete scam. Order 1 thing and they send you a cheap import nothing like what you were sold. Says made in UK but clearly they are from China

I paid £50 for a weight-loss supplement that should've been delivered within 3-5 days. Over 2 weeks later, still nothing has arrived. I've emailed twice but they don't reply. Instead, they reply with spam and ads. Don't waste your time and money. This is a scam!
