This dicer is a must for all kitchens
This dicer is a must for all kitchens. Having bought the original many years ago, I thought spare parts would not be available so I was pleased to find Nova have them. Highly recommend.

Short life of blade
Needed to get replaced blade for our dicer as the last one collapsed after only two months of service.
Delivery was quick.
Price not too bad.

Good quality products.
The products that I ordered came extremely quickly.
The whisk was of good quality appears to be very strong. The dicer was to replace an older one that had broken quality was good and it worked very well when I used it to chop my vegetables. Would have been nice if the pots had lids for storage like my old ones but that is just a minor detail.

I have never used this company before
I have never used this company before. Internet shopping is becoming the norm as shops disappear, unfortunately the quality of the service and goods provided by online retailers is regularly substandard. Good service needs to be recognised and maintained. This company provides quality products and efficient service.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Arrived well packed and earlier than expected. Much better than my old one which had split. Love the box at the bottom to catch everything. Didn’t have one for my old one.
