I needed help with something after ordering. I emailed customer service with a question and got a real answer instead of an automated message. They handled it and I appreciated the response.
I have been using it for a couple of weeks. Heart health is something I take seriously because of my family history. I am giving it time and paying attention to how I feel.
I had a question before ordering and sent an email. My package arrived damaged and support arranged a replacement after I sent pictures. That answer gave me the confidence to place the order.
